  Living at Villas in Westover Hills has been an amazing experience. The luxury living they advertise is absolutely accurate. The amenities are incredible — from the sauna and indoor basketball court to the wallball area, fitness center, beautiful walking trail, and spacious apartments. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and truly at home. Jessica and the entire office staff are the best! They are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and feels upscale in every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with outstanding amenities and exceptional staff, Villas in Westover Hills is definitely the place to be.

  Do not stay at this apartment complex. They have break-ins all the time and do absolutely nothing for it. I asked multiple times if they could make changes and to help make it safer and it was denied.

  Joseph was my maintenance guy who came to fix my a/c he literally was at my house for hours till he figured out the problem I appreciate him so much and he was very nice had a good personality

  This is our second time we’ve rented here because we really like the apartment facilities and services. The staff is very attentive and always looking out for our needs, which is why we decided to come back!
