  Mari and Tabitha are amazing and welcoming and most importantly communicative I’m finally an apartment complex that cares about their residence. Yes, I’ve had maintenance issues here and there, but they have always tried to make sure they get it fixed as quickly as possible. This is probably the best experience at an apartment I’ve ever had. I appreciate that I’m able to go in and invoice my concerns and they find every possible solution. To make things right and plus the location is great, nice and quiet and honestly the safest I’ve ever felt

  "Emergency water shutoff" happens at least 4 times a month. You have to wake up early just to brush your teeth, hopefully you took a shower the night before because the water will be off for 9 hrs. From 9am to 6pm. Cant use the restroom all day unless you want it just sitting in the toilet because you cant flush until water comes back on. If your fine living without water 4 days of each month then this is the place for you. Mind you I have put up with this over and over before it caused me to write a negative review.
