  My boyfriend and I moved in, around june of 2024. The management failed to let us know that our second story apt had NO INSULATION!!! we were constantly paying $200 plus for cps. We constantly had to put in maintenance request and when they came to check out the attic situation, the ceiling fell through. They then had to get someone out to fix it that same day, and still nothing ever happened with our insulation. We were dealing with this for over a year, and they finally moved us to a new unit in a different building. When we moved in, the manager Marissa stated that she couldn’t get anyone to replace that carpet that day but that there would be someone the next day to come do it. The apartment has been vacant for A WHILE as we would take walks daily and always saw it empty. the glass panel to the back door was broken and they covered it up with a cardboard square and tape for about 2-3 weeks until someone finally came to fix it. This is ridiculous because they had MORE than enough time to fix it before they moved us in. To top it all off, our apt flooded about 2 weeks ago due to an upstairs leak and Marissa informed me that it would be resolved that day if not the next. I told her i was concerned about mold, as i already deal with health issues and she told me it would not get that far. What happened after? You guessed it. NO ONE HAS COME TO FIX IT. We have bubbles in our ceiling and the bottom of our wall is squishy and caving in. As far as our carpet, it stayed soaking wet for 48 hrs and a guy just came and vacuumed it up. There is now brown residue agains the carpet and wall. This management is ridiculous! They do not care about us or how hard we work for our money. Constant lies and disregard for the residents. We are now trying to find elsewhere to go live because we cannot stay in these conditions. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

  I have to give a huge shout out to our apartment complex management team and of our their workers especially Louis - he’s been working so hard these last few months on our AC - always checking in on us just to make sure everything is working properly! I’ve seen him personally put in as much effort when it comes to doing an amazing job - he just doesn’t come in and sugar coat things he gets them done correctly !! Marissa and of course Tabby our management team has always been willing to work with you and always welcome you with a smile , they also have done an amazing job in getting this property up to Par ! Let’s not forget frank - he is also a very friendly , willing to help - I feel we have a good workout team in this complex ! Thank you for all you do ! I’ve been here for 13 years - I can say I’ve have always been helped no matter the situation !

  just moved in a week ago, Make ready was not completed if even started i spent the first week bug bombing and setting bait but there's both a bad roach and wasp problem mainly roaches. ive found ripped flooring near the fireplace, my freezer had rust and when i unplugged it to take out the roach hive out the fridge stank but found out their cleaning crew missed my place before move in the maintenance man i met is cool but coming into and apartment like that is just a red flag let alone the hidden fees i paid $150 in the application fees another $50 fee and the $300 deposit now im getting charged 486 cause its saying i owe $300 for rent fee and a $100 check return fee and a late charge totaling almost $500 extra office communication is booty imma make this payment but document it cause it just seems sketchy

  I'm With Kirstin a couple comments down, These ladies are very unprofessional and lack of customer service! They are rude and inconsiderate! I moved last month on the 15th because i couldn't wait till the 1st to get out! i left my key with a neighbor because my lease was not over till the first of sept. they do not have a drop box to turn keys in on days they are not open! i left on a Sunday. I told a employee (maint) where the key was! but the office wanting to email me saying I'm charging this and that, when i know they have a master key to unlock the door. the lawn was left alone for almost 3 months it was so high snakes started coming around, the pool was left to where it turned green and so gross they had to drain it, one of the maint. man was stealing food from peoples fridge, thank good he no longer works there. I have several police reports i had to make because the office will believe what they hear and try to threaten and evict people without investigating situations, i had cameras up because there gate has not worked in years and peoples cars where getting broken into, i was told i had to take them down even though several other tenants were not spoken to about it. I do feel i was depicted and singled out about it! The Property has run down and need to be under new management, there are plenty of vacant units because of obvious reasons. At a point Several Tenants have said that 50 dollars will be deducted off there bill if they leave a good comment on google, Don't trap yourself here I am very happy I left this hell hole and I wouldn't live here if it was the last place on earth! -5 stars is my rating! Mark the Maint. guy Thank you for being so nice and understanding person I don't see why you have to cover for the ladies in the office all the time and I'm surprised you have not left like the rest of them!

  Mari and Tabitha are amazing and welcoming and most importantly communicative I’m finally an apartment complex that cares about their residence. Yes, I’ve had maintenance issues here and there, but they have always tried to make sure they get it fixed as quickly as possible. This is probably the best experience at an apartment I’ve ever had. I appreciate that I’m able to go in and invoice my concerns and they find every possible solution. To make things right and plus the location is great, nice and quiet and honestly the safest I’ve ever felt
