  Do not apply here !!! You can’t speak to a live person! They use an AI called Abby the whole time! When you request a leasing agent to follow up, they never call back… I applied and called over 20 times because I didn’t hear anything back. Then all of the sudden I was denied. I think it was due to my excessive calling… maybe if you guys would pick up the phone!!!! I also had to pay a $100 security deposit on top of my $100 application fee… no one will get back to me on when I should expect my security deposit refund and I honestly want the application fee back due to the lack of communication!!! This is the worst application process I have ever experienced! I wish I could give 0 stars!! The better business bureau will definitely be hearing about how this company handles the application process!! Save yourself the money and time and DO NOT APPLY HERE !!!

  I would give zero stars if I could with how the process with moving out has been. I had a good experience while living there and had no other issues, other than my mail getting stolen a few times. However, I gave my notice to move out and that process was okay. After I gave my keys in and they sent me the final balance it has been very hard to reach anyone there. I have called and email a couple times to ask questions about the balance and verify they received my payment because they only give 30 days before they send it to collection. Every time I’ve call the robotic answering machine says no one is available and had me leave a message and no one contacts me back. I have also emailed and received nothing at all back from anyone. The lack of communication and not cashing the payment I sent them because I had to send it by mail (because they don’t let you pay it online like they do with rent or security deposit when you move in) that I had to do because I am a service member and PCS’d is very nerve racking considering that they could send me to collections for something I did pay.

  No way for delivery drivers to drop off package and food deliveries as there is no gate code box.

  I have been a resident of this complex for over five years. Recently, I relocated to a new unit due to the increasing rent of $1,432 for a one-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely dissatisfying. The floors have bubbles and despite numerous requests, the maintenance team arrived unprepared, claiming they would return to fix the issue but failing to do so. The apartment was not move-in ready, and I have been charged prorated rent despite the numerous problems. The management has been unresponsive, leaving me feeling taken advantage of as a tenant. I have paid for extra days due to the unresolved issues, which have now persisted for over a week. The promised floor waxing never occurred. In contrast to my previous satisfaction with the complex, this experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Issues with the patio, flooring installation, washer, and dryer, as well as a malfunctioning AC unit, ice machine, and pantry door, have all contributed to my frustration. Given my history as a reliable tenant with timely payments, I urge prospective residents to thoroughly inspect the apartment before moving in, as the management's actions are untrustworthy.

  We want to thank all the staff at the Villas at Rogers Ranch for always responding promptly to our requests, especially maintenance. This has been our experience since moving into our apartment in 2017.
