  Living here has been great. The leasing staff is nice and very responsive. They are always working and have answered all my questions during and after my move in. The maintenance staff is also great. They’ve gotten any maintenance requests I’ve put in done in a timely manner and are usually super quick. Over all living here has been very nice & super quiet. Would recommend living here.

  Beware of living here. They are just a lipstick job over very old and much needed upgrades, which have been clearly neglected. We had a serious mold issue due to old windows. Expect electrical bill to be $300 plus because they don’t update windows, simply chalking doesn’t fix anything. We had MOLD EVERYWHERE! dealing with health issues the whole time there. We had a leak in the bathroom and their solution was to just use kills, which does nothing. Mold must removed. And they simply use a fan to “dry” the bathrooms floor. Who knows what is festering under the laminate wood flooring. They ignore and gaslight you and then at the end terminate your lease because YOU are the problem. They have a private group app where they incentivize residents to leave good reviews for rental discounts. BEWARE!!! I pray for everyone living there, I pray for their health.

  Hello, I was disabled resident and was a resident at this complex for 2 extended leases. Repairs were difficult and large 300 pd plus man was able to make life difficult and office's reluctance to address was a violation of right to have reasonable quiet and disturbing the peace on numerous occasions. I always paid rent early and managed as best I could do due to being disabled . When I had to leave due to rent being raised to point of being unable to stay after 1st 2 leases were completed. My 80 year old parents and caregiver and couple of nephews helped me move as much as possible over several days in large moving truck. We had already precleaned apartment weeks in advance although carpet was wore out after 2 leases. Carpet was barely functional when I moved in and getting basic maintenance to apartment was very substandard. Parents got sick , caregiver broke down after multiple days and nephews had to be back to school. I continued to move as much as I could but explained to office when I could do no more and returned keys that a limited amount of items were left and I could do no more. Very little was left and not more than 2 hours max was left for 2 people to remove. I expected to get a limited amount back on my deposit due to limited items left to remove. As I stated conditions at property were very much below standard for both leases. Pool was often shut down due to leaks and problems with kiddie pool leaking after continued slow attempts to repair by poorly chosen contractors who regularly violated noise levels and unfortunately we were right by the pool. Unfortunately this is not what happened the shameful managers worked very hard to get people coming and going and are not at all concerned with tenant rights and being absolutely unscrupulous in their dealings with people who pay their salaries. The managers lied and said we had damaged the shady carpet that shouldn't have been their when I moved in .There were code violations all over that apartment and my caregiver repaired more things than maintenance by about a 75% to 25 % ratio addressed by maintenance and management. We were charged about $1180 on top of my full deposit kept. They lied and said apartment was not cleaned and charged all kind of fees that were badly falsified. If I had time to sue them I would but they're cheating and scamming disabled and struggling families both coming and going. I'm trying to get caregiver benefits from state of Texas I've earned by working very hard since the age of 13 and schedule a revision on a knee replacement that failed due to a series of bad decisions by multiple providers. Avoid this property if at all possible this complex is completely unscrupulous and should be facing legal charges for there blatant misconduct.

  We want to thank all the staff at the Villas at Rogers Ranch for always responding promptly to our requests, especially maintenance. This has been our experience since moving into our apartment in 2017.

  Only complaint is that the office hours are kind of hard to make when you work a 8-5 job, and communication over email is not the best. Other than that it is great!
