  Made an appointment at 5:30 to view & tour an apartment, the old ladies (one with glasses & one with a blanket) were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was so excited because the complex seemed amazing, too bad the front desk staff were off putting and gave me a stank face when I showed them my confirmation. Hope this changes soon.

  I’ve had an excellent experience over the last year here at Villas at Medical Center. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The amenities are always clean and in great condition, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff, especially Melissa. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. From the very beginning, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with every question I had. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Five stars all the way!

  My experience with Villas at Medical Center has been phenomal! The process was seamless. I relocated from Dallas, TX. There were so many apt complexes, I didn't know where to begin to look. I searched and found a locator and the rest was history. I applied online, paid required application fees, next thing I know, they contacted me to let me know I was approved. The Assistant Manager, Melissa and the Apartment Manager was AMAZING and very accommodating! These ladies were extremely professional, friendly, consistent, timely in response, and honest! No one advise me to say this, this had been my personal experience. The maintenance team response time is QUICK and I Iuv that for me! When I moved in the place was immaculately clean; fresh paint, gently used or new appliances, everything worked great; I only need light bulbs changed a month after I moved in and get something out of garbage disposal...that's it! Neighbors and parking lot is quiet. I've had no issues. Neighbors have dogs but they're pretty good with them. They keep the grass cut, which I luv and the trash valet is prompt. Everybody seemingly works. I dont see no bums outside lurkin or chillin. I haven't seen any roaches or any pest of any kind; thank God!!! 5 stars across the board! I havent even experienced the pool and workout area yet, but its NICE! I highly recommend!

  Very disappointed when I came in for a tour. I called a few days ago just to get a feeler and ask a few questions and I talked to Norma who was very helpful over the phone and told her me and my boyfriend would be in on Thursday to tour. Thursday is today and we walk in and both leasing agents are at their desks doing whatever and we didn’t get a single greet. I also work in this industry as a leasing agent and walking in somewhere you might want to possibly live and we don’t get a greet already doesn’t seem welcoming. We stood there for 2 minutes before they finally decided to acknowledge us. Said we were looking for Norma and the other girl had to point her out as she was the one right next to her. Norma looked irritated that we were there and irritated that she had to do a tour. No small talk was made, no other information about the property was given and we weren’t even shown the amenities. The apartment and the property are beautiful but the attitudes and vibes of the leasing office make us second guess living here. Update: lying as a business is crazy. Neither of yalls agents were on a phone. Norma was digging through her personal belongings when we walked in and didn’t sit down till after we asked for Norma. And the other one was just sitting at her desk. A 20 minute tour? Please it was at most 10-12 minutes and most of that was getting to the unit to tour. Like I mentioned when I originally commented we weren’t even shown the amenities. For as big as yalls property is showing us the unit and amenities would’ve taken 20+ minutes for a good tour and we were given barely half that. I can see why people have complained about yalls management being unhelpful. Extremely disappointing response

  My experience at Villas at Medical Center has been genuinely positive. One thing that really stood out is how quick and efficient the maintenance team is—any request I submitted was handled promptly, often within a day, which made a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. The amenities are well-kept and actually usable, unlike many places where they’re just for show. The common areas are clean, and the overall property is consistently maintained. Parking is also convenient, with enough space available and no constant struggle to find a spot. Swimming pool , Gym is well maintained and i really enjoy a lot . The management team is professional and easy to communicate with, making everything from move-in to regular living smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to live.
