  I hate living here everything u have to figure out on your own. The trash didn’t pick up our trash when we pay for it so there’s maggots everywhere and the office told us it was ours to clean even though it was the trash’s fault. I had upstairs neighbors pouring grease over the balcony the office told me I had to clean my own windows on the second floor. My bathtub has been peeling since I moved in, in February and they just keep spray painting it. My apartment has so many roaches and it’s been like this since I moved in including in the oven and they don’t want to do anything about it. I keep my apartment extremely clean and there’s still roaches everywhere.

  Omgosh so sorry idk why it was at 2 stars I must’ve missed clicked , this is a great apartment if you’re starting off on your own they were very helpful with the process when we were moving in and barley 18 and had a lot of questios lol . Very family oriented and friendly we started our family here and I wouldn’t change it for anything ! Love the environment and the pool and they keep the grounds well maintained. Only problem we’ve had is we get scorpions but that’s out of everyone’s control that’s all nature , overall I would recommend especially when first starting ,off staff is super friendly and seem always happy to help !

  Maintenance is great! Came by super quickly and very friendly. I was having problems with my kitchen sink and he fixed it instantly.

  This place is super awesome the Staff is super helpful and will always answer your needs there’s not enough stars in here for these ladies I have been living here for 2 months wish I would’ve known about this place sooner and maintenance guys are super helpful will answer any call for you come out beautiful place to live they make you feel like your at home make this your next place to live .

  If I could leave this place zero stars, I would. Under absolutely no circumstances should anyone rent at these apartments. This was, without question, the worst rental experience we have ever had, largely due to terrible management and unacceptable living conditions. Management, especially Nicole Olivares, was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. She would not speak to me directly, repeatedly avoided addressing concerns, and essentially hid from tenants rather than doing her job. Serious safety issues were brought to her attention multiple times, including maintenance leaving our apartment unlocked THREE separate times after entering our unit, and she never once properly acknowledged or apologized. Maintenance regularly entered our apartment without notice, including one time while I was napping with my one-year-old, when they simply walked in. That is a major violation of privacy and tenant rights. On three separate occasions, maintenance left our apartment door unlocked after service. The first time I came home thinking we had been broken into and made my children stay downstairs while I checked the apartment. It was terrifying, especially after our vehicle had already been broken into. They apologized, then did it again. And again. It took me absolutely losing my temper before anyone took it seriously. The maintenance work itself was incompetent. Repairs to our tub were poorly done, uneven, dangerous, slippery, and eventually started coming apart. The property itself was poorly managed across the board. The pool was filthy, often closed, and when open was surrounded by loud, disruptive people at all hours, sometimes until 3 AM, with management doing nothing. There was a persistent trash problem, roach infestation issues, and the grounds were not properly maintained. They tow residents’ cars even when vehicles are properly registered — it happened to us. We were never given a mailbox key when we moved in, yet were later absurdly charged over issues related to keys. After moving out, signing all paperwork, returning our key, and paying our balance, we were blindsided a month later by collection calls over carpet cleaning, a “missing” key, and water charges. No courtesy call. No email. No notice. They sent us straight to collections. After bombarding residents with emails over the smallest things while we lived there, it is unbelievable they couldn’t be bothered to communicate about alleged move-out charges before damaging our credit. Our current 4-bedroom house costs less than this place and is infinitely better. Save yourself the stress, money, and headaches. Between the incompetent management, roach infestation, trash issues, privacy violations, unsafe maintenance practices, towing problems, failure to provide a mailbox key, and sending former tenants straight to collections without notice, this place should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE.
