  Well, I just signed another contract to continue living at Villa Espada! Apparently, I’m not ready to leave yet—and honestly, why would I? 😂 Villa Espada is a great place to live. It’s far enough away from all the city noise that coming home actually feels like coming home. It’s peaceful, the apartments are spacious, and the patios are HUGE! I can sit outside on my patio, look around at the landscaping, and honestly feel like I’m sitting in a park. The only difference is that in this park, I have air conditioning, a refrigerator, and nobody is going to ask me to leave. The ladies in the office are wonderful. I especially appreciate that they remember you, greet you with a smile, and make you feel like more than just an apartment number. And the maintenance guys? They’re amazing! We like to spoil them with treats every now and then, and they’re always so appreciative. They work hard and definitely deserve the extra treats. 😊 If I had to name one downside, it would be the people who occasionally decide our pool is their personal swimming hole—even though they don’t live here. Thankfully, management has been working to make the pool area more secure, and they’re doing a great job addressing the issue. Overall, I’m happy to call Villa Espada home. If you’re looking for a quiet place with plenty of space and a more relaxed atmosphere, I definitely recommend coming by and taking a look.

  I had an excellent experience with Ruby at Villa Espada Apartments. Ruby was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout my experience. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and provided clear and helpful information throughout the process. I truly appreciated her patience, attentiveness, and willingness to assist. She made the entire experience straightforward and comfortable, and her professionalism reflects very positively on Villa Espada Apartments. I am very grateful for the assistance Ruby provided and would highly recommend her to anyone considering Villa Espada Apartments.   I always have good experiences with RUBY, the Assistant Business Manager. She’s great! Every time I talk to her she’s super helpful and patient, and she’s funny. It’s important to know someone here who has a nice down to earth personality, who still stays professional, and she’s that!

  1 star The management under Nicole Olivarez is absolutely unacceptable. In my experience, she has been extremely unresponsive, rude, and dishonest when dealing with important concerns. She does not respond in a timely manner, and when she does respond, I have found her communication to be dismissive and disrespectful. What is most concerning is the lack of care for residents’ safety and basic needs. Management should be someone residents can rely on when there is a serious issue, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. It is also very concerning to see so many other reviews describing similar experiences with Nicole. When the same complaints continue to come up from multiple residents, it should not simply be ignored. Based on my experience, I strongly believe Nicole Olivarez should be removed from management. Residents deserve management that is responsive, respectful, honest, and actually concerned about their safety and well-being. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
