I am not good with phone apps and online documents and this lady had the patience and helped me get through the process. I like this community, it’s quiet and clean. My only concern is that the driveway is not properly defined, I understand that a towing company will tow my truck if it is parked on the grass. Driveway is 90% grass. The home is nice and very well kept. I have no other issues with anything else Big thank you Stephenie, you’re the best!!
