  Valerie Barnard is seriously awesome. She helped me buy and sell two separate properties, and I’m so grateful for how smooth she made the whole process. She really listened to what we needed and was great at finding properties that fit our life, our family, and the kind of setup that worked best for us. Valerie is attentive, thorough, easy to work with, and a really effective negotiator. She stayed on top of every detail and made sure we felt supported the whole way through.
