- RFRobyn FloresMay 7, 20262.0Predatory towing due to insufficient resident parking which leads residents to take the visitor parking spaces and thus no parking for visitors or your guests will be towed even if they register through the QR code. When trying to discuss issues with Trevor he was dismissive and unprofessional, hesitant to give me a way to speak with corporate and quick to hang up without seeing through. At the very least he could’ve been respectful to my guest.

Trevor is such an asset to Turtle Creek. I actually enjoy calling the office because he is so cheerful and considerate and he genuinely cares and communicates proactively to meet resident needs. Together they both genuinely do a phenomenal job!!! I appreciate everything they do so much!!!
