  Poor experience living here after 4 months. Property manager Madilyn and Jeff the owner have tried helping with making us more comfortable living here but unfortunately they have failed to come up with proper resolutions. Ultimately ending in them just stating we should terminate our lease because of us being less than satisfactory with the property. Amenities are great but issues within the units arise time and time again. They gave us a one time concession to help with the issues but that’s not even worth it at this point. Hopefully they don’t retaliate for this review. I don’t recommend living here until underlying issues are fixed. No hot water, bad water pressure, stray cats, dead birds, turn over of maintenance staff, etc.

  As someone who visits my girlfriend here often, I can confidently say the Parker is outstanding. The amenities are always clean, modern, and well-maintained—whether it’s the common areas, gym, or outdoor spaces, everything feels thoughtfully cared for and welcoming. The maintenance truly deserves recognition. Any time there’s been a request, it’s handled quickly and professionally, and the work is done right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community in great shape. The staff/ front office is another major highlight. The front office is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They always greet visitors with a smile and make the environment feel safe and comfortable. Overall, this is a place that feels like home—not just for residents, but for guests too. I’m always happy to spend time here, and I can absolutely see why my girlfriend loves living here. Highly recommend for families, couples and someone starting out. 5 ⭐️s

  The Parker has been a great apartment for my son. The place is so cute, they keep it spotless and it’s safe! If I was going to live in an apartment I’d chose this place. I lease at the Canplant at the Pearl for my business and I can tell you the way the Parker is managed far exceeds the service at the Pearl. The pool is gorgeous, this place is a hidden gem!

  Beautiful place all around! Very pleasant staff and friendly residents. It has a fitness center, dog park, huge pool and just minutes walk downtown and The Pearl. The new renovations add that next level of class you’re looking for.
