  Poor experience living here after 4 months. Property manager Madilyn and Jeff the owner have tried helping with making us more comfortable living here but unfortunately they have failed to come up with proper resolutions. Ultimately ending in them just stating we should terminate our lease because of us being less than satisfactory with the property. Amenities are great but issues within the units arise time and time again. They gave us a one time concession to help with the issues but that’s not even worth it at this point. Hopefully they don’t retaliate for this review. I don’t recommend living here until underlying issues are fixed. No hot water, bad water pressure, stray cats, dead birds, turn over of maintenance staff, etc.

  I have lived at the Parker since first in a 2 bedroom with a roommate now in a studio and I have to say I absolutely love living here. The resident events are amazing and so is the staff. I definitely recommend the Parker to anyone looking for luxury living by the Pearl.

  I lived at the Parker for about a year and a half and loved my experience here. Courtney and the rest of the office staff were always professional and communicative. The property is well-maintained and all the common spaces including the gym were kept very clean. Bill the maintenance guy is a super star. He kept the pool sparkling clean year-round and any maintenance issues I had were always fixed within 24 hours. I would definitely consider living at the Parker again! Great location, beautiful property, good amenities and a wonderful staff.

  While you can definitely see that there's still some work to be done, they've managed to make it quite a nice place. The pool area is so pretty, the entrance and offices are modern and nice. I'm sure once all the renovations are complete it'll be more than a 5 star place.

  I have been here for 4 years with original owners...I've left a review before but now here's an update. So after everyone has been chased off..I'm still here with my roommate trying to make ends meet. My room hasn't had power in over a month..I'm very been sleeping on a couch since then with my 2 dogs. No hot water..sometimes we don't get any water...and now after calling the city.....they want to charge us with a pet bill for 800 which I signed when I first signed a least
