  OUTCOME PENDING I am extremely upset with the condition of this unit and the complete lack of communication and accountability from management leading up to and on my move-in date of August 31. Basic move-in readiness was never completed. The floors are in abysmal condition—there is a hole, along with chips and scuffs across the entire floor. This appears to be a subfloor issue. Even the carpet company cleaner who was on site stated that the floors had not been cleaned properly. I was initially told I could walk the unit on August 13, then August 16. When I was out of town, I was told they would video the unit and send it to me. On August 25 I was informed it still was not ready. This continued each day until late Friday afternoon on August 28. When I finally went in, the carpet company was still in the middle of cleaning the carpets. Management did not know carpet cleaners were in the unit and clearly did not want me to enter, but I did—and I was shocked by the state of the floors. On August 31 when I accepted the keys, I was told management would update me on the plan to fix the floors. No answer. I was told they would call on Tuesday. No answer. I was then told they could call on Wednesday. I arrived at 3:45 with no callback as promised and no response at all. They told me to go ahead and move in. I do not want to move in while the repair plan remains completely unknown. It feels as though the delays were pushed right up against the move-in date in the hope that I would simply accept the unit and live with the problems. They later sent me a link requesting a review. I pointed out that any honest review would be terrible given the circumstances. I asked for the manager to call me at 4:00. I was told the manager had already left for the day. I then asked that she call my cell by 5:00 and was told she does not call from her personal phone. This is how I am being treated before I have even fully moved in. Not welcomed. Not communicated with. Not given clear answers about a serious condition issue in the unit. Outcome is still pending, but the experience so far has been unacceptable.

  Things have declined over the 5yrs ive been there such as parking cleanliness security TURNAROUND STAFFING.WHich creates uncertainty & miss communication & maintenance has always been good but when emergency arrises number listed takes too long for a response to THE EMERGENCY. Front desk reps are very noligable & downside is they forward information & is not received & follow up with management to finalized information that was inquired.paking garage slight improvement on cleaning less & trash is throughout the garage. Handicap accessible is good but downside is bcuz trash cans resecpticle rooms are closed but how does a handicapped resident are not able to have a place where they dont have to walk downstairs. If one receptacle room would be opened on non trash pick up. Or schedule needs to change back to where it used to be except Sundays.

  The staff was nothing short of welcoming and informative! Property felt like an oasis that I never wanted to leave! Shout out to whoever keeps up with the overall cleanliness of the property!!!

  I’ve had such a great experience at The Mark at Huebner. The service is exceptional, and the attention to detail truly makes a difference. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Cassandra, the manager. She goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home and is always so helpful and attentive. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and the community. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The Mark at Huebner is a great place to call home, and the amazing management team is a huge part of that!
