If I could leave zero starts I would. The maintenance is non existent here. The issues with the dogs defecating in the halls is completely unacceptable. I addressed this concern/issue with the front office and they did not care. I guess being a dog lover its okay to allow such heinous conditions. If you move out like I did, keep all evidence of what you paid. Because they will send random bills to collections and when addressed say they can't do anything. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I thought I was done with this place. But even a year after moving out, this place will find new ways to charge you.
1st: Things will break constantly and no one will come to fix it. My fridge started smoking and sparks came flying out the back. I was told I should just not store items in it. (No wonder it ended up experiencing fire damage).
2nd: Security is a highlight of this place, but they must be using invisible ink because I’ve never seen it. Garage is constantly busted open. Cars broken into. But hey, at least they will tow you by accident when they forget who’s allowed to park in the garage.
3rd: Finally, the reason for my blow out. After a year of moving out I get a call from a collections company. Supposedly I never payed a cleaning fee of +$700 dollars (surprise, they charge you for every skin molecule left behind). Despite having evidence of paying them via Cashiers Check, they claim nothing can be done as it’s been sent to collections. Why not bother reaching out to me in the first place? Why wait a year then act like you’ve done nothing wrong?

I recently moved to The Mark community. It was a pleasure working with Elizabeth who helped me with all the details and showed genuine care. It’s not every day that you run into people who do their job with a smile. Elizabeth exceeded expectations. Thank you!!

All I have to say is ever since the entire place changed employees it’s been what feels like nothing but inconsistency, harassment, rude staff, random charges on your account, and power trips from “management”. I CANNOT wait for 220 days to pass to get out of here. Also I’m very very much expecting random charges when I move out I can just smell it. Haha, I LOVED this place when I first moved in, in fact I been wanting to live here before I even knew I could afford to move out. So so so sad it’s gone very down hill.
Oh and the gates never work so you will get your car broken into! Most of the doors with codes stay open and they are really worried about your “ holiday “ decor instead of the millions of tenants who let their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere
We had to go back and fourth for charges that were added to our account for something we didn’t owe and it was not resolved for WEEKS AND they walked past my patio ( which btw is the prettiest patio in my area ) and said my “ holiday “ lights needed to be taken down and I got charged a $25 fee so when I called for an explanation Casey said he did not mean to put holiday lights as the concern but that they needed to be hung “nicer”. Lol, safe to say the charge was removed because don’t play.
Money hungry company
