  I moved here a month ago. Keara sold me on the apartment she was super nice, honest, communicative, and professional. When we moved in a part went bad in the kitchen which led to a leak (which is a normal thing) it was not the offices fault these things just happen; the reason I bring it up is because unlike 90% of other complexes they repaired it properly they didn’t just paint over it the head of maintenance and his crew were very communicative and were on top of it. It was fixed in no time. I’ve noticed being here for a month that the maintenance and house keeping along with Keara have been very understanding and helpful living in this community feels like an actual home not just being part of some corporate chain the complex is super quite everyone is super nice they keep up on maintenance with the pool and gym. Only reason I put 4 stars is because the gym isn’t 24/7.

  When you move in, kiss your deposit goodbye no matter what you do to keep it! I specifically made sure the carpets were clean and good before i left, so why am i being charged 85 for that?? 150 for a cleaning?? I literally had 3 ladies do a good cleaning and wipedown of the place. $150 there for what? $85 for 60 day notice what?? I put that notice 3 months before move-out and signed a paper (took a picture too). $30 for usage, idk what that is, my lease ended on the 15th or 16th. And $122 for touch up paint that i GUARANTEE you took them no more than 5 minutes to do. Im telling you, if theres ever a property management group that does everything they can to get the most money out of you, it’s this one!! And the managers show no respect or desire to work with you either if you talk to them! I get it if this place was a nice apartment lol but you will feel in the ghetto living here. Roaches 5+ times the first month i was here. Smells like weed all the time especially at night. Dog poop in the walkways that doesn’t get picked up! They’re bad with their trash management and you will smell it at the back every other month. Very limited parking so you better hope your apartment isnt near the front of the complex. I could probably go on about 5 more things that suck. I’m not saying this out of spite. I’m saying it because I wish I wouldve known about it before I had moved in. Your best day here will be the day you move out trust me.

  Keara is a phenomenal help every time I call into the office when I need anything done she gets right on It has no attitude and understands when I’m being annoying about having to be home for maintenance. She did an excellent job selling the property and made moving in so painless and stress-free. Has made dealing with the office more comforting than any other place I’ve lived. Shoutout Kim who’s always sweet and informative when I call the office as well!
