  If you have kids do not move in these apartments, they don’t have a playground for the kids and if you have your kids have their toys on your balcony you’ll get a violation for it. They recommend you to get the first floor if you have kids to avoid people making noise complaints so we did that. There are GROWN ADULTS on top of up who are constantly making excessive noise and I’ve been complaining for 8 months going on 9 months and there’s still nothing being done. This is affecting my kids sleep bad! No matter how many times I complain and explain that it’s really affecting my kids, they won’t do anything but say they’ll send an email which obviously not working since I’m still having issues! I’m irritated and frustrated, the lack of sleep we get is insane!! I do not recommend to anyone with kids!

  I’ve lived here long enough to see the decline of this complex, and it’s honestly disappointing. The grounds are constantly littered with dog poop, and management doesn’t seem to enforce any rules around it. Neighbors regularly smoke weed indoors, so the smell travels through the vents. There are some questionable tenants and even occasional incidents of violence that make the place feel unsafe. The roach problem is extreme — roaches everywhere, all the time. If you have any kind of phobia, DO NOT live here. Management is mediocre at best and rarely proactive about anything. The only positive is maintenance and the price, but still feels overpriced for what you actually get. After 2 years, I'm finally leaving. It's worth paying more elsewhere to feel SAFE.

  When you move in, kiss your deposit goodbye no matter what you do to keep it! I specifically made sure the carpets were clean and good before i left, so why am i being charged 85 for that?? 150 for a cleaning?? I literally had 3 ladies do a good cleaning and wipedown of the place. $150 there for what? $85 for 60 day notice what?? I put that notice 3 months before move-out and signed a paper (took a picture too). $30 for usage, idk what that is, my lease ended on the 15th or 16th. And $122 for touch up paint that i GUARANTEE you took them no more than 5 minutes to do. Im telling you, if theres ever a property management group that does everything they can to get the most money out of you, it’s this one!! And the managers show no respect or desire to work with you either if you talk to them! I get it if this place was a nice apartment lol but you will feel in the ghetto living here. Roaches 5+ times the first month i was here. Smells like weed all the time especially at night. Dog poop in the walkways that doesn’t get picked up! They’re bad with their trash management and you will smell it at the back every other month. Very limited parking so you better hope your apartment isnt near the front of the complex. I could probably go on about 5 more things that suck. I’m not saying this out of spite. I’m saying it because I wish I wouldve known about it before I had moved in. Your best day here will be the day you move out trust me.
