  Building 3 has had multiple apartments with AC issues, including residents going without working AC since Friday while temperatures are in the 90s in Texas. The response from the office has been disappointing. Residents are told that someone else has been notified or that maintenance is short-handed, but the actual problem still does not get fixed. Meanwhile, residents are stuck sitting in hot apartments while the office has air conditioning. This is not a minor inconvenience. AC is essential in Texas heat, and multiple apartments having issues in the same building should be treated as urgent. The lack of action, urgency, and clear communication has been unacceptable.

  Stop deceiving tenants when work orders are submitted. This was my 3rd one and still nothing is done. I have roaches crawling all around the apartment. I will submit another work order and if the issue is not resolved I will find a legal way to make it happen.

  There has been a hole in my ceiling for the last month and a half and although I have put several maintenance requests they kept getting marked as completed and nothing ever gets done. They don’t even try reaching out. Absolutely nothing done about a ceiling that leaks and floods our apartment every time it rains.

  Don’t move here! The buildings are in terrible condition. The facilities don’t work, the swimming pools are dirty and broken, and none of the services function. Maintenance is awful, and they never fix anything. There is trash everywhere and terrible neighbors who also play loud music. The police come constantly, and there are gunshots at night. It’s unlivable! DON’T MOVE! The city has issued fines here several times and they do nothing.

  Me mude aqui y llevo meses sin aire central y con el fregadero tapado pongo quejas para que resuelvan y vienen miran y no hacen nada luego me dirijo a la oficina y dicen que las partes no le han llegado que no saben, y que en el contrato dice que si el aire o cualquier cosa deja de funcionar no pueden hacer nada solo esperar me mudare de aqui lo mas pronto posible no me importa el contrato si ellos no respetan el contrato, no tengo porque cumplirlo y no pagarles nada, no recomiendo a nadie a vivir aqui son pocos professionales, solo saben es cobrar la renta lo unico que les preocupa a ellos mala atencion del 1 al 10 le doy -10.
