  Leasing office are some of the worst people to try and get anything out of. My A/C been busted more months from leaking to straight up not working. I’ve submitted so many tickets and it only got answered a single time when the maintenance came in and switched something out in our ac unit just for it to break in two hours. Last time I went to the office to ask about it they said they were on lunch at 3pm 😐 then another guy came to tell us the system was down 😐 which one is it man. It’s 84 degrees in my apartment consistently and no one has reached out or has come to fix it. And I’m pretty sure I live under a crack apartment. Ppl always fighting random homeless and disoriented people coming in and out of the apartment and they’re always hauling stuff in and out of the apartment. Don’t move here. And don’t believe the bs AI response they’re gonna leave under this review. Iris if you wanna make it right with me you literally know where I live.

  I have been living at the Iris for about 3 years now. When I moved in the property was well maintained and looked approachable. However, this past year everything has gone downhill. I've had rats, roaches, kids breaking my window with rocks and throwing rocks at my door as well as my neighbors. Recently about a week ago, I had someone break into my work van and steal all my tools and equipment. I had a video and picture and the leasing office refused to help in any way shape or form. The lack of sympathy and professionalism is very unexceptable. I have never caused problems nor have been late on rent ever. I really don't recommend living in these apartments or town homes. Save yourself the stress!!!!!

  Fatal uno mete las órdenes y según ellos por qué tengo 3 baños no me pueden arreglar los problemas fatal en cuestión de mantenimiento
