  The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful. My AC has been leaking water, causing damage and creating a safety hazard, yet the issue has not been addressed in a timely manner. Communication has been poor, and maintenance requests have been ignored or delayed. It's frustrating to pay rent and still have to deal with unresolved problems like this. I would not recommend living here if you expect responsive management or proper maintenance.

  The water has been dripping from the AC everyday and the floor carpet is getting wet mutilple times this issue was brought but unfortunately serious steps were taken to resolve this issue.

  The hot water works and the maintenance guy (Nick? The one who doesn’t speak fluent Spanish) showed us how to turn off the front door lights. He was very pleasant and professional.

  I moved to this complex in April 2026, and since then I have been having ongoing problems with the AC. I still have no proper air conditioning or cooling in my bedroom. I brought this issue to the attention of Dean, Karina, and Sonia multiple times, but unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved. I am very disappointed with the management and maintenance service at this complex. Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my lease. Friends, please think carefully before moving to this complex, and be prepared for ongoing maintenance issues and poor management response. The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful.   It has been more than a month since my apartment AC stopped working, and despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, the issue still has not been properly fixed. Living without AC for this long is completely unacceptable, especially considering the rent residents are paying. The management has shown a serious lack of urgency, professionalism, and concern for tenant comfort and basic living conditions. Every time I contacted the office, I received excuses and temporary responses instead of an actual solution. This has been one of the worst management experiences I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. Poor maintenance service, lack of accountability, and constant delays are extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice before signing a lease. Residents deserve better communication, faster maintenance response, and management that actually cares about resolving serious issues.
