  The stove is supposed to be new, yet the burners are full of grease; when my wife turned it on, the grease nearly caused a fire, and only one burner actually works. We’ve already reported the issue, but nothing has been done yet. The A/C isn't cooling; it barely reaches 78 degrees, and the house feels hot. We know the outside temperatures are extremely high, but that’s exactly why the units need to work properly—to keep the house cool, at the very least. The toilets have old float valves, so you have to manually jiggle them to get the tank to fill. Before we moved in, we requested an inspection, but nothing has been done regarding the items we listed for repair or improvement in our apartment. There are no dumpsters near the side where we live, either, so we have to take the trash all the way to the other side of the complex.

  Dont move here. They wont fix your AC when it breaks. They also will just lie to you and say someone is on it. Pretty sure no one even looks at the work orders maintenance or admin staff.

  Really appreciate office staff and maintenance. Very professional and understanding of our issues. Our AC had a leak put in work order request. Office stayed in touch with me. Called to ask permission to enter. Maintance came in addressed the issue.

  He says air vents are all the same so I guess I have to buy black out curtains and maybe it will be cooler

  The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful. My AC has been leaking water, causing damage and creating a safety hazard, yet the issue has not been addressed in a timely manner. Communication has been poor, and maintenance requests have been ignored or delayed. It's frustrating to pay rent and still have to deal with unresolved problems like this. I would not recommend living here if you expect responsive management or proper maintenance.
