  I previously posted a negative review due to a number of issues mainly involving communication with the front office personnel and maintenance during my move in. Since then the property manager reached out and she has been nothing but a joy. I've felt very attended to and heard. She's begun rectifying all my issues and has been a breath of fresh air. I hope to continue this upward trajectory and enjoy my time here.

  Fantastic experience with maintenance at the Estates of Northwoods today. The tech didn’t just replace a failed A/C thermostat and rewire a control wire—he performed a full system check, confirmed proper refrigerant pressures and temperature split, and made sure both indoor and outdoor units were working together. All done in less than 2 hours. Clear notes, great communication, and the office staff handled everything efficiently. My apartment is perfectly cool again.

  I love this property! The location is ideal…. 281 and 1604 are our minutes away as well as Northwoods shopping center….. The office staff is caring and the maintenance staff is superb, whenever I have any issues with my unit, they have come out within 24 hours and the problem is resolved quickly and efficiently!
