This was the second time I opened the same maintenance request. The first time they left me some batteries on the countertop. Guess I had to change my own in the thermostat. The second time I only knew they worked on it because the maintenance request was closed. But nothing has been done. I can still not put the AC temp up and my CPS bill will be catastrophic after 3 weeks of keeping it so low in the middle of the summer.

Love the property and the staff, especially Ashley! She was fantastic, full of energy, life, and great humor while still being personable and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and made the experience even better. Miranda and Priscilla have also been incredibly helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I have no problems with the apartment itself. But I received 2 months free as part of a special and I had to call both months to get the credit added to my account. I still have not received the credit for August free and it’s 8/19 despite calling twice. I also have had 2 work orders in since 6/6 and they have not been addressed yet.
Apartment is great, pool is nice, haven’t had any issues with neighbors, just an issue with management and maintenance staying on top of things.
Debbie is the only one in the office that seems to know what she's doing and she was wonderful to work with when I was in a bind and needed an apartment fast. Wish I could get ahold of her when calling the office!

🚨 PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE
⭐️ 1 STAR — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE TOWNHOMES
When I first moved here, I was excited and honestly had a great first few months. Unfortunately, within about three months, everything started going downhill.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of communication between management, the front office, and maintenance. The manager doesn’t know what the assistant manager is saying, the leasing staff doesn’t seem to know what’s happening, and maintenance often doesn’t seem to know about service requests. You can call, email, submit a request, follow up multiple times, and still end up having to explain the same issue over and over.
I’ve had ongoing issues with my hot water and dishwasher, and some service requests took one to two months to get addressed. That’s unacceptable.
Eventually, I had to go above the property management and contact corporate because I wasn’t getting anywhere. Funny enough, once corporate became involved, communication suddenly improved and everything started being handled through email and documented. That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t that nobody knew how to communicate — it was that nobody seemed to want to take accountability.
Then came my garage issue. My garage was put in for repair around May 2026, and I didn’t receive a quote until August 2026. Three months for a quote? Seriously?
I’m a very reasonable person. I communicate, I’m patient, and I give people plenty of opportunities to fix problems. I’m not someone who walks into the office looking for an argument. But when you repeatedly have to chase people down just to get basic maintenance issues handled, eventually you get frustrated.
And honestly, walking around the property and seeing so many vacant units doesn’t exactly make me feel like I’m the only resident experiencing problems.
The property itself has potential, but the management and communication are the problem. The front office doesn’t communicate with maintenance, maintenance doesn’t communicate properly with the front office, and residents are left in the middle trying to figure everything out.
Would I recommend someone move here?
Absolutely not.
Unless there is a major change in management, staffing, communication, and accountability, I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere.
It started off great, but unfortunately, the way things have been handled has completely changed my opinion of this property. One star because zero isn’t an option.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE:
PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE SIGNING THAT LEASE.
Ask how long maintenance requests typically take.
Ask who handles follow-ups.
Ask how maintenance communicates with the leasing office.
Ask what happens when a repair isn’t completed.
And most importantly, get everything in writing.
Because once you’re living here, you don’t want to find yourself spending weeks or months chasing people down for answers about issues that should have been handled in the first place.
Would I recommend these townhomes? No.
Sometimes places can start off good, but I always leave a bad experience

Poor management and because of that maintenance is bad as well. If you have a service request, they take weeks because they always struggle to find people to stay, but they are ALWAYS short staffed.
I love the location, but the building is very old and because of that, there are always a lot of issues, like constant leaks, constant water shutdowns that last all day, pool closures, dirty pool and trash is always an issue, ohh and a very important to me, THE GATE NEVER WORKS!!!! Miranda (Manager) told us when we were moving in 2 years ago that it was getting maintenance and was expected to work within a week. Well guess what? That never happened. These are a few issues this place is lacking, but I don’t want to make this review longer!!!
When calling to follow up on service requests, they are not very friendly and make you feel like you are bothering them. They always blame maintenance and maintenance complaints of management, so it’s a never ending story.
I do not like to post negative posts, but I wish I had read all the bad reviews before moving in. I have been for 2 years now but that’s not because I like it here, but because the process of building a house has taken longer than expected.
