  These apartments have been a really frustrating experience. There are constant maintenance issues, and getting anything fixed takes way too much effort—I’ve had to call repeatedly just to get a single request handled. If you submit a request through the app, don’t expect a timely response. The same goes for pest control. On top of that, the front office staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before committing to living here. I genuinely regret moving in and wish I could leave without having to deal with this place any longer.

  We just moved out of horrible living conditions at the Anthony at Springs. It was infested with cockroaches, which was the worst part. We had to tape the windows for the cold air coming inside during winter. When we moved in April 2025 the place was a mess also, not cleaned, trash everywhere. They had to get a cleaning crew in at the last minute !!! The management was very rude, except for Jadie. Numerous times maintenance was called and nobody came out or when they did they said they could not fix the issue. This place is truly a nightmare - please do not move here

  Chose an apartment online with a specific lease and price. Signed lease online but when printed, the lease term was longer than advertised. When the error was noticed and brought the discrepancy to attention of management, was told “sorry, you should have caught that sooner - you signed for the longer term”. The apartment was in very bad shape with putty and paint drippings on the tub and floors, nasty stains on the carpet which “were steam cleaned - just put a piece of furniture on the bad spot (middle of living room floor)”. No offer to clean up the mess the maintenance men left or to replace the dirty looking carpet which is ‘crunchy’ in certain places when you walk on it. Definitely overpriced apartment for the condition!

  Listen…David is the TRUTH! Very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. I can tell he’s well experienced and actually cares about the work he does. He stayed late on a Friday evening to complete a work order that was urgent to me and never complained. He’s different from other maintenance men in the past (I’ve been here for a few years) and I pray the company appreciates his hard work. As far as the ladies in the office, all 4 of them are great (I can’t remember the sweet blonde’s name). The guy, I only interacted once and it was not the best nor the worse-but he can probably work on smiling more =) . Anytime I have an issue, the ladies take care of it. Ashley has always responded with professional and kindness since the day I viewed the property. Pricilla, Ashley and Miranda have gone above and beyond for my family and I when issues unexpectedly happened. They’re human just like us and I’m sure their job is not easy but they’ve always been professional even with difficult tenets. And no they did not ask me to leave a review, I’ve been meaning to write one for quite some time now. I would recommend this place to anyone -whether if you are single or have kids and pets. The property is quite, clean and very friendly. My only complaint would be the gates not stay closed from time to time but that’s it. I hope this review helps and you make this place your new future home.
