I absolutely loved my first experience getting into these apartments yezenia in the main office is very welcoming, amazing 🤩 and super helpful. Everything was gone over and explained very clearly I can’t complain I love it here.

This is my first ever apartment and i’m honestly really glad to say it’s been nothing but amazing , Just applying and moving was so smooth and fast . It’s always very quiet the neighbors are very nice if you ever need anything , management is always answering whenever i have questions big or small

I recently moved into this apartment complex and had a great experience so far. I really like my apartment—it’s comfortable and well-maintained. The staff and management team are kind, respectful, and very responsible, always ready to help when needed. I also feel safe living here, which is very important to me. Overall, I’m happy with my choice,also I recommend a person to come here and when he saw the property without any doubt he made the contract!

Terrible experience with management at The Anderson at Brooks. If I was able to leave a ZERO star rating I would! After moving out, we received a revised final statement with completely unreasonable charges, including $150 for “cleaning” and $150 for “carpet cleaning” even though we thoroughly cleaned the apartment ourselves and left it in good condition. These fees were never agreed to and feel like they charge for any little thing they can.
To make matters worse, we were also charged for broken patio blinds that were never replaced during our stay. Then, at move-out, they added the blinds charge again basically billing us twice for the same issue. We tried to resolve it directly, but management refused to remove the unfair fees.
Overall, very disappointing service, poor communication, and questionable billing practices. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.
