  it is an OK place to live, not great. The rent is cheap, which is awesome and it’s in a good location. I feel like these apartments have so much potential and would be great if they were under a better company and were managed better. I lived here for a year and did not renew because I had fruit flies in my apartment 24/7 even after pest control and voiced my concerns when i found mold but nothing was done. maintenance would take up to a month to fulfill a maintenance request due to the high volume of maintenance request and low staff. Upon moving in my apartment was not even move-in-ready and was dirty. None of this staff is friendly and I saw up to six new employees because no one would last. the apartment complex is also full of dog feces because no one enforces the rules. It’s a hit or miss. If it’s your first apartment or on a budget i would recommend but I feel like there are better options out there.

  Nunca se muden para aquí. Los de mantenimiento son súper incompetentes, llevo viviendo 3 años y han sido incapaces de arreglar la gotera del aire acondicionado. Vienen al apartamento, ensucian todo como si fueran a arreglar algo y se van, ponen que el service request está solucionado y no arreglan nada. Si vas a la oficina a quejarte te ignoran por completo. Una falta de respeto total

  I wish I could attach the picture but it’s been lost, so far living here isn’t bad but the disrespect the kids of these other tenants have is insane. I’ve had some of these kids write on my car with white chalk. Not only that but they seem to not respect the property either as there is chalk all over the walls of the building. Something should seriously be done about it.
