  10/10 recommend. Apartments are affordable, calm area, and friendly staff. Esmeralda is very responsive and takes care of any troubles I might have!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently toured at the abbey at medical center with Alexandra, and I had a great experience. She was incredibly informative, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. She was friendly, professional, and made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. I really appreciated her knowledge and the welcoming atmosphere she created. Thank you, Alexandra, for such a positive experience!

  I enjoy the Abbey at Medical center the lead maintenance Oscar is very attentive with my work orders. And also would like to say the ladies in the office always greet me with a smile and help me with any questions I may have.

  I genuinely wish I could put zero stars. Upon moving in we had all four of our tires stolen from directly in front of our building. We paid 3k to fix the issue and when asked why the apartment complex doesn’t have cameras they said they don’t have money in the budget. I would like the note they are constantly redoing and updating their TWO pools. My ac has never been great but as of two months ago it hasn’t been working at all. I made numerous calls to maintenance who would come by and say they fixed the issue. They have “fixed” the issue about 6 times now and yet my apartment is still over 80 degrees consistently. Now at the high point in summer it has been over 90 in my apartment for the last two days straight. I requested a window unit for my bedroom several times and was told they would come back in a day or two to install it. I was told that three times and not once did they come back. On Friday I went to the ER at 4 months pregnant and got diagnosed with heat exhaustion after being home all day. At that point I demanded a window unit. Then two days later the maintenance manager attempted to remove the window unit without talking to me first after claiming yet again that they had fixed the ac. It was 90 degrees when I got home so I again demanded it was returned. Beyond that I am a military spouse and when we received orders the property manager told me that unless he’s moving overseas they have no reason to terminate our lease. She talked down to me, was extremely rude, and even stated that she knew what she was talking about since she had been a military wife too. Needless to say we have since hired an attorney to break our lease, reported the company to the city of San Antonio for various violations, and reported them to Jag department on base for violations against the service members civil rights act. Please do not rent from them!!
