I don't even know where to begin! This place feels like home! Linda, Ani and Stefanie make an excellent team in the office. My apt is spacious and cozy. They sometimes have food trucks and special events for the residents. Most importantly I feel safe!!

Stayed here for two years and at first the apartment was great. But then year two into my lease everything went downhill. Dealt with leaks in the bathroom, roaches, the ac going out. The only positive thing about this place was that maintenance responded super fast. Also had to get my tub resurfaced twice and the third time when I explained the tub was peeling due to not being primed properly, the assistant property manager and manager Linda laughed in my face and told me they no longer resurface tubs and that I would have to pay for the tub to be resurfaced. Apparently the person who came to assess the tub peeling said I “dropped a shampoo bottle” and that’s why the tub peeled. So now I’m dealing with move out charges that I was told multiple times by Linda the property manager will be paid by their rental insurance. Which to no ones surprise was not paid. I was charged for the tub peeling and carpet replacement. Lo and behold it’s a couple months later and the rental insurance still hasn’t paid the balance and now it’s stuck on my rental history. This place is the worst and by far the property manager Linda is terrible. Even better I do have a video of Linda verbatim telling me “walking the unit with you is the least of my worries” let me know abbey residential if you want to see your property manager being disrespectful to your residents who PAY RENT ON TIME AND WAS NOT A BAD TENANT.

The place I stayed at if I was not used to much. It was great. It was nasty. It looked filthy. I definitely would not recommend this place. But if you just need a place to sleep, I guess it’s fine. I wouldn’t recommend it because I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed there for one year and moved out as soon as our lease ended. We should've known the experience would be bad when they called and asked a few days before move-in if they could delay our move-in by a week. We refused as we were moving from a different city and our prior lease was ending. During our first week, we noticed many roaches and the apartment was dirty. We told the apartment manager about this and she did not seem to care, so we had to put in about 8 pest control requests total and roach traps out of pocket before they finally went away around month 10. We put in about 10 additional maintenance requests to fix many of the apartments issues, such as mold due to poor ventilation, AC leaks, broken locks, poor build quality of the tub, cabinets, faucets. FYI, we had maintenance requests take up to two weeks before being taken care of. They will also charge you for normal apartment wear and tear at a high price when moving out and you are unable to pay online, so please keep that in mind. Overall, a very poor experience that I would NOT recommend to anyone, especially at the price they are charging for rent.
