  Its a NO.. I was going to give them at least two stars but then they tred to screw me over after moving out so here we go. I should have listened to the reviews before I moved in. but I was a recent single mom of two looking for a decent place. maintenance was always fast responding so shout out to them . But when I first moved in the apartment had little bitty bugs in the kitchen area mind you I bombed the apartment before I moved .I put in a maintenance order and exterminator came later that week.But it took at least 3 months for the bugs to be gone completely. mind you I said they were coming from the baseboard in the kitchen area I couldn't even use my pantry the whole time because I was afraid bugs would get in my food.The dishwasher didn't work great and it had hair in it. so the entire year I didn't use it after the first use. The screen door was not on the patio when I moved in and there were other small issues, that I let slide. the front door didn't have the rubbers drafting's along the base of the door,so you could see the outside from the side of the door and the top. enough about the interior of the place , lets talk about the exterior.. the walls are thin. I stayed in the front which were older buildings compared to some of the ones towards the back.There was always neighbors playing their TV loud, music loud ,arguing at all times of the day and night.Mind you these are different neighbors. and yes the police had to intervene several times because the office or security never did anything. The security at the front gate was always missing never did anything, but clock in at 9:00pm and disappear for hours. They let anybody come through let people blast music at any time of the night. The the overnight security for non-emergencies you could call 24/7 was never available. I complained several times to the leasing office about issues in the complex they never did anything. I just moved back to Colorado before my lease was up about 5 days early.My walkthrough was scheduled after I moved out of state, but I paid my full months rent. I received an email (invoice)from the leasing office saying that I owed over $800. My deposit was only $200 (I did appreciate that at move in)so they kept the entirety of that plus stating I owe 600+for the remaining balance. I have never been charged in my adult life when moving out of an apartment ,maybe some of my deposit has been kept but extra fees never especially that outlandish balance.They are trying to make me pay to replace carpet that was not brand new and the only area of dirt was the front area of the bedroom door,. so they want me to pay $300 for that. they're trying to charge me $180 something dollars for moving out of my apartment a week early but I paid the four months rent. how does that make sense.Also the complex is are trying to charge me to paint the walls why I don't know. there were a few tackles and I'm guilty of a few screws from the curtain in the living room. but they are scamming and taking advantage because they know that I moved out of state. I've asked for corporate number but still have not received a response. and the purpose of the gates that are to make you feel secure are useless because they're never closed so the homeless usually stay overnight. and they were charging me extra for a supposed renovated apartment which was half done the fans were crooked and always making noise, cracks along the walls and ceilings.WARNING just know stay on your p's and q's when dealing with Stony brook a.k.a Stoney crooks.. I could keep going but I think the readers can see the vision of the picture painted... and whoever responds to these through the company can keep the lame commentary since no one wants to respond to my email. I'm just waiting for a corporate's number... The rebuttals are funny..In addition to alleged damage how can I prove otherwise being out of state , y'all are saying anything at this point. the carpets were half cleaned when I moved in. and paint yall really need to stop? move out charge in the invoice. says charge not refund.

  I would give this place **0 stars** if I could\. Living here has been nothing but frustration\. We’ve had ongoing issues with our A/C, and maintenance keeps coming out to do the same temporary fixes over and over instead of actually resolving the problem\. Nothing ever seems to get permanently repaired\. The biggest issue is security\. My truck has been stolen **twice** while living here, and I feel like management has done very little to address the situation or make residents feel safer\. I now have to park another vehicle next to my truck just to try to keep it from being stolen again\. No resident should have to live like that\. I strongly do not recommend these apartments. We have reported multiple serious concerns to management several times, and instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issues, it feels like we are basically being told to figure things out ourselves. When we first moved in, residents were given key fobs to enter through the front gates, which made the property feel more secure because access was supposed to be limited. Now, the front gates are left open 24/7, allowing anyone to come in and out of the property. At that point, what is the purpose of giving residents key fobs or advertising gated access? Security should be taken seriously, especially when residents are repeatedly bringing concerns to management. We pay to live here and expect the property to provide a safe and properly managed environment. Leaving the gates wide open at all hours and ignoring residents’ concerns is completely unacceptable. Management needs to start listening to the people who actually live here and take these issues seriously before something worse happens. The property is noisy, the pool is often dirty, and many maintenance issues go unresolved\. Overall, I don’t feel like residents’ concerns are taken seriously\. If you’re looking for a place where you feel safe and where maintenance problems are handled properly, I cannot recommend these apartments based on my experience\. Think twice before signing a lease here\. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve dealt with\.

  Hey I just moved in 3131 and my mom and sisters love this place me too although there's always people at the pool with radios and stuff and it's so loud but its alright I guess and my stay so far has been so good I love the gym playground and Main pool next to the gym is good and my door was installed higher than the key hole so I can't lock my door and overall it's decent im making an upcoming review in January to see how it is In the future we do have maintance people coming to spray our house today but we dont know how long it will take but yeah

  Excellent place to live.The office staff are wonderful. Nice and quiet place.
