    Move out charges are ridiculous. Units are mid. The guard lets any and everyone through the gate & cars are always being stolen

    I've had problems since I arrived at these apartments with the fine ve of Arriba of me it makes a lot of noise all day and all night and managers don't solve anything they are the worst 8 months

    The leasing agents here are extremely rude, unprofessional and uneducated at their jobs. Don’t even bother trying to lease here it’s terrible dealing with these people In response to your response, no they did not offer to help me and the lady at the front desk was super rude and sarcastic so no I wouldn’t have wanted any help from her with her attitude even if she had asked to help. I do see that as of today, after my multiple emails this month, calls, and review, that the refund is processing so thank you very much in that regard however today, your staff was not professional so please don’t think that while yall are away they won’t be rude if they feel like it. Thanks again for finally processing the refund.

    I got my keys to my new Townhome today!!! It’s so pretty inside! The upgrades are gorgeous, I’m so happy with everything. It has really been a journey. Through all the loops, twist and turns, the office staff at Stoneybrook have been nothing but helpful, supportive, flexible and understanding. Shailyn, Trevor, Jacquline, Samantha, Stephanie, and Matthew are an amazing team. Always warm, welcoming and ready to answer any questions that you may have. They’re very accommodating, patient and ready to help in anyway that they can. I’m happy to call Stoneybrook my new home for the next year. I believe that I’ll be happy here. The property is pretty and well maintained. I love that they have onsite security. The amenities are a bonus. It’s very quiet and the people of residence that I’ve encountered have all been super friendly. That’s all a plus. The impression that the staff have made is really what sold me on the place. I’ll be glad to recommend the property to family members or friends who are in the market for a new home. Thank you!!!

    I’m in the process of transferring to another unit, and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any apartment complex. The leasing staff is not reliable when it comes to communication or providing accurate information. They’re just there, with no sense of urgency or accountability. I submitted my application on March 11 along with the required fees (around $400+). I was told my transfer inspection would be on March 18. That day came and went—nothing. When I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. They rescheduled for the next day, didn’t show up again, and then pushed it to the following week. I spent the entire week following up, only to be told repeatedly that I’d get a call back—which never happened. March 26, I received an email about an additional fee, so March 27 (Friday) I came in with a money order for $233. I spoke with Mathew directly and asked if I could complete the transfer over the weekend. He assured me: “Yes, we’re open tomorrow from 9am to 5pm. Come anytime, I’ll have your keys and lease ready. I already have your parking sticker.” Fast forward to Saturday—Mathew isn’t there. Two other staff members told me the same thing: the manager isn’t available and my transfer hasn’t even been approved yet. Now I’m being told to wait until Monday. So what exactly am I supposed to do with the three days I took off work and the movers I already booked? This entire process has been unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely stressful. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and reliability.
