  The apartments are nice and nobody bothers nobody. We did have two incidents Now I have two violations on July my kids father passed away and their brother passed away in July. Of course we were grieving out loud. Sorry about that. Now their uncle passed away . The thing I didn’t like about the manager, Miss Linda Flores is unprofessional yelling at me close the door and talk to me and ask me what’s going on instead of giving me a violation. I hope that I do not move. I have medical issues. I’m an outpatient. My mom is getting a nervous breakdown because of the violations and I guess they’re gonna request to move out like I said I hope she has it in her heart To be kind and let us stay my children do not live with me. They’re grown and they have their own ranch so I’m hoping I’m praying that this all gets resolved in good manners.

  Please stop washing the outside of the building and the garage floors and fix things that matter to residents; fix the broken gym blinds and equipment. Thank you.

  Five-Star Review for Felicia T. I’ve been living at Southline for about two months, and I want to give a big thank-you to Felicia T. for her help since the day I moved in. She’s been professional, patient, and always quick to respond whenever I’ve needed assistance. Whether it was answering questions about my lease, following up on maintenance requests, or just checking to make sure everything was going smoothly, Felicia has gone above and beyond to make the transition into my new apartment easy. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. I really appreciate her excellent service and friendly attitude; it’s made a huge difference in my overall experience here.

  I moved into Southline in 0ct 2021 from Austin - and this far i can say that living here has been nothing less than wonderful. I absolutely love my apartment, all of the amenities and the PERFECT location that it is in! Being within walking distance to the Pearl and up, down, all around the riverwalk and downtown has been such a great plus!! Management - is even another PLUS! they are WONDERFUL - all staff in the leasing office have always gone above and beyond for their residents and the public! Every single one of them!! DeNae Vazquez was personally who showed me the complex and my specific apartment. She immediately had us sold from the beginning and she made the renting and moving process EFFORTLESS! I highly recommend coming to see this beautiful place and seeing it for yourself. and hopefully you get to call Southline home soon too :)
