  The maintenance emergency was answered right away. Our AC unit froze over because of a bad storm. My man Alfredo called back right after I put in my request and helped us get a portable AC unit until our apartment's AC is fixed.

  Alfredo and Alex in the maintenance department we're so amazingly fast with fixing my washer when it broke down. I went to the leasing office to let them know. Within two hours, they were in my apartment taking care of the problem. I am very happy and grateful for the super fast and very friendly service. Thank you so much!!!!

  I just wanted to take a moment to say how much improvement we’ve seen at the property in such a short amount of time! The pool is finally open, and my family and I are so grateful and excited to enjoy it. The new team has also been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s really nice to see all the positive changes happening around the community! 😊☀️💙

  I’m thankful for Alex being here. He always does his best to complete my work orders, especially when it comes to after-hours emergency calls. It honestly sucks that he’s the only maintenance person handling so much on his own. You can tell he’s overworked, but he still shows up every day, responds when residents need help, and gets the job done. Please give the guy a break he truly needs and deserves one, along with the appreciation he’s earned. This property is a lot for one person to handle, and it’s not easy carrying that kind of workload day in and day out. I’m glad he’s with Dayrise because he genuinely cares about the residents and always does everything he can to help the community.
