  I’ve had a great experience at Sonterra Heights Apartments. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any requests or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

  Alex is an outstanding maintenance technician who truly goes above and beyond. He responds quickly to work orders, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. He is very professional, respectful, and keeps the workspace clean throughout the entire repair process. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. I really appreciate his hard work and positive attitude.

  Me gustó mucho estos apartamentos, la atención al cliente es 10/10 todos son muy amables en la oficina y mantenimiento siempre te atiende con una buena actitud. La verdad es que recomendaría este lugar 100% a mis amistades 🥰👌👏

  When on tour with a friend who is wanting to relocate from Austin to San Antonio. The office staff was very friendly and professional. The property is clean, beautiful and well kept up. Prices are around what my friend is looking for within budget. I am looking forward to visiting my friend once she moves in.

  The staff here are completely unreachable… I’m so disappointed at how they shrug you off when you do reach them, and I was never able to get a hold of the manager! I sent multiple emails regarding an issue I had before even applying and left multiple voicemails! I never got a response back regarding my ESA since I was wanting to opt out of PetScreening (okay per website) due to the excess of info requested. The leasing office told me it was the “only way and would have to charge me pet fees if I didn’t.” I’m so glad I didn’t live here due to their lack to communication or cooperation.
