  I Personally want to say with Full transparency that my Family & I have been her for a little over 4 years." We moved in before it became simplicity at The rim it was Waterwalk at the Rim." I will be completely honest when it became Simplicity at the Rim and the new changes were horrible in my honest humble opinion." The managers plus the leasing agents were extremely unprofessional and would gossip. I was very appalled and most of all the other residents were as well ." Now that said Thanks be to God those Managers & leasing agents are gone.!!! Now we have Brand New Manager Lori & her current assistant Carla they have been a Joy to work with."!!! Lori it's always especially friendly & Very Sweet & Nice 😁😊 Always says Hello and makes it a point to help me & my Family out as much as she can."!!!!

  I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone. While the property may look appealing in photos, the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is the management. Communication is inconsistent, concerns don't seem to be taken seriously, and there is a noticeable lack of professionalism in the way situations are handled. A place to live is about much more than nice buildings or amenities. It's about feeling respected, knowing your concerns will be addressed, and dealing with a management team that is organized and accountable. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I was left with. There seems to be a pattern of poor communication and a lack of follow-through that makes it difficult to trust the people running this property. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, interactions often feel frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. That alone is enough to make me question how residents and business partners are treated on a daily basis. There are too many apartment communities in San Antonio that offer better customer service, better communication, and a more professional management team. Before signing a lease or doing business with this property, I would strongly encourage anyone to do thorough research, ask detailed questions, and compare it with other communities in the area. A beautiful property can never make up for poor management. Unfortunately, that's the lasting impression this place leaves.

  To start, my family and I stayed a couple of nights here, and the ants are EVERYWHERE. Outside our room, I mean, it looks clean on the inside, but just stepping into the lobby doors, you see massive amounts of ants. Our dogs were bitten. This place is not suitable to stay at.
