  I want to give a big shout-out to the staff at Simplicity at the Rim. They've been incredibly kind and supportive throughout my stay. From quick assistance to friendly conversations, they make the place feel welcoming and relaxed. Their positive attitude really stands out and makes you feel at home.

  I stayed in the hotel side for a month and had a wonderful experience, so much so that I just signed a 12 month lease for the second building for a two bedroom. I stayed in a one bedroom suite/apartment. It was clean, quiet , and central to everything I need. I feel safe and welcomed. Karla and Lori are the most welcoming, helpful leasing agents I’ve ever met. They have gone above and beyond with customer service and property management. I feel rest assured knowing I can go to them with any issues/concerns I may have moving forward as a tenant . Today is move in day !

  Stayed for mabye a few weeks and some lady lets her two dogs use the bathroom all over the place and the halls smell of animal waste at times
