  The things that need to be done better and more efficiently is the treatment of the grass for fleas and ticks the number of wasps nest those big red wasp, nest and hornets, and the other wasps all need to be knocked down and taken away from the buildings it shouldn’t be an issue to go outside and then be attacked by wasp. Our dog got hurt the other day by one and she was just walking so that needs to be better. The other issue is the management needs to be better what they say is company policy trying to get into a new place from when you already rent from them shouldn’t be such a hassle and it shouldn’t cost so much to transfer especially when it’s for your house and when we first moved in, they didn’t clean the place and they kept saying it was clean and it delayed us moving in for over a month and we still had to pay for that month and there was no reimbursement and we couldn’t even move in. We weren’t able to move in until 40 days past so we had to pay rent on two places plus paying an extension fee on our old place because we didn’t move out when our lease was up so that should be changed and they should’ve made an adjustment for that either so much of the rent or extra for cleanings or something, but they never have maintenance is unbelievable here they’re on top of it. Their maintenance crew is all nice considerate efficient. They have the best maintenance crew that I’ve ever experienced in the 48 years of my life that I’ve been renting. The neighborhood is number one top-notch the difference between a three bedroom and another three bedroom when it’s only 100 ft.² is unbelievable. it shouldn’t be that much of a jump, especially when you have been a committed reliable source of rent every single month for four years if you are a sound on time rental person or family you should be given hold on if you rent here more than two years at a place and aren’t late and want to stay here more and would sign a huge lease which the longest they have is 14 months which we sign every time, but we would like to sign a longer lease as we have no plans on moving ever plus if it’s because of health issues to prevent someone getting hurt that can’t do stairs they should give you compensation discounts if you wanna sign more than a 14 months lease or if 14 months is the longest lease sales have you signed then we sign a 14 month lease there should be some kind of compensation or rewards for doing that

  The amenties at Sedona Ranch are fantastic and well maintained. The office really works hard with coming up with ways to encourage the community here to engage and get to know each other. Any concerns or questions are handled quickly and with care. This has been by far the best experience of apartment living I’ve had in San Antonio!

  “I love living at this apartment complex. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the property is kept clean and well maintained. The community feels safe and quiet, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it has been a comfortable place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others.”

  I’ve had a positive experience living here so far. The property is well maintained, and maintenance requests are completed quickly whenever needed. I also appreciate that management hosts community events and has recently started bringing food trucks onto the property, which adds a nice touch and helps create a sense of community. Overall, it’s been an enjoyable place to live.

  I would like to share my experience with your maintenance team first I would like to mention Trey. He came in and corrected several small items in My apartment with a pleasant attitude.While he was there, he noticed that my air filter for my air-conditioning needed to be changed, and he did that without being asked,The next day, my air condition went out. I thought I was gonna be with without air conditioning all day because it got close to quitting time but at 6 o’clock our air-conditioning repair person came to my door and fix my AC and refilled my Freon. I wish I had gotten his name because he also was very pleasant following that the foreman of Maintenance team Mike came to my place because I suspected I had mold. He was very pleasant with me. He did not treat me as some dumb woman who did not know what she was talking about. He searched out my problem, and even though he did not find a problem, he did not make me feel stupid. I would like to think take time to thank those four gentleman for helping me out. I’m happy to live in such a community It’s nice knowing that you’re concerns will be listening to and addressed
