  I am a current tenant here for over two years. I give a shout out to the maintenance crew and the front office. I got on here to leave a review and can’t believe the ridiculous poor reviews left. Thank you for all you do. My A/C went out a few days ago and they stayed on top of everything. In my house early morning to set up portable air to maintain my comfort, until unit arrived. Installed this evening and everything all good. Your neighborhood is your family.👊🏻👊🏻

  After recently deciding to move to the area, I've been looking for an apartment to settle down into, and came across this one. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very resourceful and friendly. Judi specially answered all my questions and more. Definitely my number one choice!|

  Another few months have gone by and we cannot be happier so I am sending my thanks of gratitude again to the Sedona Ranch Administrative team and to the Sedona Ranch Maintenance crew which do a fabulous job to our community!! We highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend this apartment complex to everyone who wants a clean and respectful community to live in. Our neighbors are caring and friendly, living here is quiet, so peaceful, and clean! When we thought things couldn't get any better we were informed that we will soon have new blacktop poured throughout the apartment complex along with new striping! We know it will look so very nice when it is all finished!! Thank you so much Sedona Ranch Apartment managers and owners for continuing to show how much you care for your residents and employees and for making our homes even more special!! Rita A.

  I have been here for the past 6 on-going years and have been happy ever since... office management is awesome .. maintenece is awesome ... neighbors is awesome...They also have food trucks once a week, and tons of amenities and from sister property ...
