  I have been here for the past 6 on-going years and have been happy ever since... office management is awesome .. maintenece is awesome ... neighbors is awesome...They also have food trucks once a week, and tons of amenities and from sister property ...

  I am happy to share with you that we have lived at the Sedona Ranch Apartments for almost 3 years and have never been happier! The office staff are always very welcoming and helpful and the same goes for the hard-working maintenance men who work very hard to keep everything at its best! What I like so much about living here is how quiet and serene it is! Our neighbors are very respectful and friendly. Another thing I like about living here is that the Residents keep the area clean, I rarely see anything littered around the apartment complex. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, we are very happy! Thank you everyone at Sedona Ranch Apartments! Rita A.

  The things that need to be done better and more efficiently is the treatment of the grass for fleas and ticks the number of wasps nest those big red wasp, nest and hornets, and the other wasps all need to be knocked down and taken away from the buildings it shouldn’t be an issue to go outside and then be attacked by wasp. Our dog got hurt the other day by one and she was just walking so that needs to be better. The other issue is the management needs to be better what they say is company policy trying to get into a new place from when you already rent from them shouldn’t be such a hassle and it shouldn’t cost so much to transfer especially when it’s for your house and when we first moved in, they didn’t clean the place and they kept saying it was clean and it delayed us moving in for over a month and we still had to pay for that month and there was no reimbursement and we couldn’t even move in. We weren’t able to move in until 40 days past so we had to pay rent on two places plus paying an extension fee on our old place because we didn’t move out when our lease was up so that should be changed and they should’ve made an adjustment for that either so much of the rent or extra for cleanings or something, but they never have maintenance is unbelievable here they’re on top of it. Their maintenance crew is all nice considerate efficient. They have the best maintenance crew that I’ve ever experienced in the 48 years of my life that I’ve been renting. The neighborhood is number one top-notch the difference between a three bedroom and another three bedroom when it’s only 100 ft.² is unbelievable. it shouldn’t be that much of a jump, especially when you have been a committed reliable source of rent every single month for four years if you are a sound on time rental person or family you should be given hold on if you rent here more than two years at a place and aren’t late and want to stay here more and would sign a huge lease which the longest they have is 14 months which we sign every time, but we would like to sign a longer lease as we have no plans on moving ever plus if it’s because of health issues to prevent someone getting hurt that can’t do stairs they should give you compensation discounts if you wanna sign more than a 14 months lease or if 14 months is the longest lease sales have you signed then we sign a 14 month lease there should be some kind of compensation or rewards for doing that
