  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience while touring this apartment complex, and I feel it’s important to share. From the beginning of our visit, the leasing agent’s demeanor toward me felt noticeably different and unwelcoming. As someone of Indian background, I couldn’t ignore the way I was being treated compared to others. The situation escalated when she made an inappropriate and offensive comment referencing deodorant. This remark was completely unprofessional and felt targeted, leaving me embarrassed and disrespected. In addition to this, I observed the same staff member outside on the property smoking, which raised concerns about professionalism and the standards being upheld by management. This did not align with the level of care and presentation I would expect when considering a place to live. What made the experience even worse was her behavior toward my husband. During our tour, she acted in a way that felt overly personal and flirtatious, which was highly inappropriate in a professional setting. It made both of us uncomfortable and added to the overall negative experience. Apartment hunting is already a big decision, and no one should feel disrespected, singled out, or uncomfortable during that process. Unfortunately, this experience left a lasting negative impression, and I would not feel confident or safe choosing to live here. I strongly encourage management to address these concerns seriously, provide better training for staff, and ensure that all prospective residents are treated with respect and professionalism.

  I regret ever trusting the reviews that led me to move into Rosillo Creek, this has been a complete disappointment. It’s honestly a perfect example of why you can’t always believe what you read online. The level of unprofessionalism in the office is shocking. Staff are frequently dressed in what looks like workout or lounge attire, which doesn’t reflect a professional environment at all. On top of that we have serious issues, like the massive roach problem, are consistently ignored or brushed off. What’s even more frustrating is that no matter how many times concerns are raised, nothing meaningful gets done. It feels like complaints go nowhere and accountability is nonexistent. Mox continues to prove that they are willing to overlook poor performance instead of properly managing their properties and staff. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly advise against it. Unless you’re okay with constant uncertainty and unresolved issues, this is not the place you want to call home.
