  I loved living at Rivera! As mentioned in other reviews, the staff are truly one of a kind- helpful, warm, and professional. The property itself is in a great location. Rivera has been making continuous community upgrades and improvements in the 3 years since I moved there. Amenities are nice, there are frequent resident events, and the office and complex are clean and well maintained. Bonus- you should join the monthly book club!

  Lived here 2.5 years, no issues. The front staff is always kind and helpful, Jesus the Maintenance Manager is awesome, see him in the hallways and garage, always super helpful, always greets, apartment is well kept. He and his team are great! The tickets are handled quickly and effectively. No complaints!

  Vanessa was incredibly helpful throughout both our move-in and move-out processes, making the entire experience much smoother and less stressful than it could have been. If you are in the market for a new place to live and are seeking a vibrant nightlife scene, I would highly recommend considering these apartments. One of the major advantages is the convenience of not having to worry about parking, as there is so much to do within walking distance of the area. The staff here is consistently helpful and attentive, ensuring that residents feel supported and comfortable. Additionally, the apartments themselves are well-maintained, and the maintenance team is always willing to assist with any issues that may arise, making it a great place to call home.

  We loved our time here at Rivera! Vanessa was so helpful with all of the processes between moving in and moving out! Sad we have to go but definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upbeat part of San Antonio!
