  I stayed here for a couple months the staff was so nice communicated often. I cant wait to go back San Antonio was so welcoming im for sure comming back soon! The apartments staff made everything easy when it was time to leave, I did not have any issues with my deposit it was returned fast and easy no issues but make sure to leave it how u found it or better lol! Thank you Rivera on Broadway!!!

  I lived at Rivera for almost a year. If you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it: constant parties, noise at all hours, and very little peace. Car break-ins are also frequent, with windows smashed to get into vehicles. On one occasion we witnessed neighbors having sex on their balcony, in plain view of the whole complex. We reported the incident to management and never got any follow-up or response. Staff are friendly, but that doesn't make up for the lack of peace, poor security, and failure to act on serious complaints. Wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for rest and safety.

  I loved living at Rivera! As mentioned in other reviews, the staff are truly one of a kind- helpful, warm, and professional. The property itself is in a great location. Rivera has been making continuous community upgrades and improvements in the 3 years since I moved there. Amenities are nice, there are frequent resident events, and the office and complex are clean and well maintained. Bonus- you should join the monthly book club!

  Lived here 2.5 years, no issues. The front staff is always kind and helpful, Jesus the Maintenance Manager is awesome, see him in the hallways and garage, always super helpful, always greets, apartment is well kept. He and his team are great! The tickets are handled quickly and effectively. No complaints!
