  Just moved in and already love this place. The staff are amazing and very detailed when assisting with the move-in process. I also like the multiple security levels they provide here from the entrance gate to app lock codes on our doors. I’m glad I took the advice of moving here from a previous tenant.

  $1500 ROACH MOTEL Don’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Most disgusting unkept place ever. Dealt with german roaches my entire lease, they never cared to fully fix issue or offer any kind of help or support. They tried to charge me for the one and only clean out they offered for an issue that i did not cause. RIDICULOUS. Roach nests all throughout the apartment. I lived in another unit prior for about 4 years never had an issue. Then this new team comes in and all hell breaks loose. Squatters, theft, broken in cars, ROACHES, an overflowing trash area. They cared more about painting their main building and making their stuff look nice than caring about the residents. Over a year ago they ripped up the turf in one of the dog parks and still have yet to replace it , guess the resident dogs only deserve dirt to piss on. This place is a joke, staff doesn’t care either by the way so good luck with that. Oh and about the squatter , they were about two units down from me, had taken over a unit that was recently vacated, while also squatting they were breaking into residents vehicles and stealing stuff and storing it in said unit, the residents themselves had to retrieve their things. For as much as they charge in rent you’d like they’d have their crap together. It took us residents to go to the news about a year ago for them to finally install cameras to help stop the break ins. STAY FAR AWAY. trash area is usually much worse you can consider this clean. EDIT: I forgot to mention all the personal item, kitchen appliances, and furniture i lost due to the roach infestation, and all the moving precautions i had to take in order to ensure I didn’t bring them over to my new place. Hundreds of dollars gone because they refuse to take care of this issue. spoiler alert i’m not the only resident that has been dealing with it.

  Great staff , shoutout to Salma for helping me move into the complex. The maintenance staff is great , energetic and response to requests quickly. The apartment complex is a nice and safe area as well.

  Carlos and Christian are an outstanding maintenance team! From day one, they were professional, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. Throughout our entire year at The Republic, they consistently provided excellent service and always made us feel valued as residents. Their positive attitudes and dedication never went unnoticed.   If I was not moving across town, I would have absolutely resigned my lease at Republic. Front office is awesome, they have great communication & are always on top of things. Nydia is one of the best community managers I’ve ever had. Carlos & Christian, the maintenance team, always were friendly and on top of requests. Nydia, Salma, & Joey are always putting on and hosting events. They truly making living here enjoyable. If I could give them more stars, I would! I cannot say enough good things about Republic & Mox.
