McKenna was my leasing agent and made the whole process so easy! She was always willing to communicate and answer any questions I had asap! We toured and signed within 24 hours and our whole move in process was so easy! Maintenance has come asap when needed! The people in the community are so nice and I've had such a great time working with McKenna!

Honestly as a current resident here my experience at Remington Ranch has been fantastic. The maintenance team is fantastic, and I’m not just saying this they are always on top of our issues I’ve had my AC go out and they’re on top of it to fix it as a priority I had a leak in my ceiling during a bad storm and they literally came and sent out roofers to fix the roof due to it being from the outside. The staff is extremely sweet including McKenna she always follows up with me and my questions and requests. Management is also extremely helpful. Overall my experience here is 10/10 and no I am not being told to post a review by the apartments but as a resident here at Remington ranch I want to share my overall true experience about this place and the community is also very quiet no loud neighbors and the safety I feel here is so peaceful I’ve lived in other places and felt unsafe but here truly is a good community overall! And we’re resigning our lease for another year and truly we’ve been happy here! 🩷🙌🙏✨✨

We have been in this complex since 2022, we were about to finish our final year there and then we met Mckenna, she really helped us with the issues we were having and with the services her and the rest of the team provided for us we decided to stay. Happy about the decision we made!!

I really wanted to like this apartment community when I first moved in and tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. I rented a “Platinum Edition” apartment because I was willing to pay more for what was advertised as a renovated, upgraded unit. Unfortunately, aside from white-painted cabinets and cosmetic updates, I never experienced a level of quality or service that justified the higher rent. Maintenance was my biggest frustration. I came home multiple times during the winter to an apartment with no heat, and I had recurring issues with the air conditioning throughout my lease. Problems that should have been treated as urgent often required multiple maintenance requests, repeated phone calls, and trips to the leasing office before anyone responded. Even then, I was frequently told someone would return or that parts had been ordered, only for no one to follow up unless I continued asking. The apartment also wasn’t properly prepared before move-in. The leasing agent had an odor-removing machine running because the unit smelled like animals, and I later found enough pet hair packed into the dryer that it was a potential fire hazard. The rented washer and dryer (about $55/month) were the worst I’ve ever used. They routinely damaged clothing, and even staff acknowledged they were problematic, yet nothing was done. Pest control and overall property upkeep were also ongoing issues. Despite keeping my apartment clean, I repeatedly needed pest control because bugs kept returning. Around the property, it was common to see insects, stray cats, raccoons, dog waste, and a dog park that constantly smelled of urine. By the time I moved out, one of the stray cats had even attacked my dog. The overall atmosphere also declined. Marijuana was openly smoked around common areas, including the pool, with little apparent enforcement. As a federal employee, I was uncomfortable with how normalized this seemed to be. What frustrated me most was paying more while receiving less. I consistently paid my rent early, rarely requested anything outside of necessary maintenance, referred another resident to the community, and even rented an additional garage. Despite being a responsible tenant, my rent still increased while the quality of the property declined. The experience ended on an especially disappointing note when I had to pay nearly $4,000 to terminate my lease early. After everything I experienced during my tenancy, that felt like the final confirmation that resident satisfaction was not a priority. Ultimately, I paid extra for a “Platinum Edition” apartment, but cosmetic upgrades alone do not justify premium pricing when residents continue to experience recurring maintenance issues, pest problems, poor communication, and declining property conditions. A renovated apartment should come with a renovated experience—not just freshly painted cabinets. I left feeling relieved to move out rather than sad to leave, which says everything about my experience. I cannot recommend this community to prospective residents. Before signing a lease, look beyond the model apartment and carefully consider whether the service, maintenance, and overall living experience justify the cost. In my experience, they did not.
