  DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would not recommend Remington Ranch Apartments based on my experience. Throughout our tenancy, management repeatedly failed to properly maintain both our apartment and the property despite multiple maintenance requests. We experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, and dryer that were not addressed in a satisfactory or timely manner. One of my biggest concerns was safety. There are stray cats living on the property, and my dog was attacked on two separate occasions by the same cat. To make matters worse, a member of the office staff told us they feed the stray cats on the property, despite the obvious safety concerns this creates for residents and their pets. Another major concern was the condition of the dryer. After inspecting it myself, I found that the dryer vent and exhaust hose were completely clogged with dog hair left behind from previous tenants. I personally cleaned out the vent and hose because of the potential fire hazard. This should have been inspected and cleaned before we ever moved in. The air conditioning system was also extremely dirty, raising concerns about the quality of maintenance and indoor air. Overall, we did not feel that management prioritized the safety, cleanliness, or well-being of its residents. We were good tenants, yet our concerns were consistently overlooked while rent continued to increase. Because of the ongoing maintenance failures and unsafe conditions, we ultimately decided to terminate our lease. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves maintenance practices, property upkeep, and resident safety so future tenants do not have the same experience. I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE!

  Solo espero el momento que termine nuestro contrato, ya tenemos tiempo batallando con la suciedad de nuestro edificio, pisos manchados y basura, mi secadora de ropa días con el reporte porque no funciona y es sumamente necesaria, reporte de tubería rota de nuestro zinc que lo maneja como urgente con agua en el piso, no vienen a repararla, no vengas a este lugar a vivir. Solo te dicen que escalarán tu problema

  I was pet sitting for a friend who lives here. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! The whole complex was super quiet and clean. I didn’t feel worried walking her dog or using the dog park. Everyone was nice, would definitely consider moving here in the future

  (April 2026) Current resident having a TERRIBLE experience. I hate it here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Hear my warning!!!! Management is HORRID!! The main lady in office is nice but the other one is a true piece of work. The front office won’t respond to maintenance requests, but will mark them as complete on their end to make it look like they actually did the work. There are bugs everywhere constantly, including but not limited to roaches, spiders, and beetles. When I moved in there was a German roach infestation. They refused to let me move units and refused to rebate my rent in any way. Even though I literally couldn’t safely move into my kitchen for over a month. The 3rd party pest control company that my rent pays for is unresponsive to requests. I have a dog who I’ve had to lock up multiple weeks in a row (because they only come on Wednesdays) just for them not to show up or enter, I’ve gotten every excuse by now too. Dies the key won’t work, then they hear the dog in unit (locked up, mind you), etc. The dryer doesn’t dry, even when the lint catcher is empty. The lights burn out and then the office refuses to sent maintenance to fix them. The door latches don’t work. The patio door sticks. The walls are cracked and the paint is a true “landlord special”. The gates are often off their track leaving anyone to enter freely. The gate call box doesn’t work so you have to use an app on your phone, meaning guests, delivery drivers, uber, etc have to be buzzed in every time - they can’t just punch in a code to be let in. There’s dog poop all over the dog park and outside common areas all the time. People smoke marijuana in the common areas constantly. Kids bang on doors and throw stuff off people’s patios and generally cause loud disturbances. There’re multiple parking spaces taken up by abandoned vehicles that the office does nothing about. About a month ago, a long dead tree fell on someone’s car. It’s a terrible, horrible, disgusting place and I hate it.
