- JJJAug 12, 20261.0I was helping a friend that lives there. The manager there divulged private financial information of a tenant living there to 3rd parties that did not have written or verbal consent to do so. The 3rd parties did not have verbal or written consent to receive this information either. In Regency Village lease it promises the privacy of the tenant. If you value your financial information and your rights to privacy by Texas and Federal Law then this place is not where you want to live because your rights to privacy will be violated.

Would NEVER recommend them to a homeless person.
