  Building numbers ( example) 4101-4108 are on the opposite sides of the outside building number.4101 is on the right and 4108 is on the left… like why? It makes delivers a nightmare. Please put the apartment numbers on the correct side.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living here. My apartment constantly has large wolf spiders, and despite multiple pest control treatments, the problem has never been resolved. On top of that, my upstairs neighbors are consistently loud and disruptive. I’ve left three voicemails with the leasing office because they rarely answer the phone, specifically asking for someone to call me back regarding the ongoing noise issues. I wanted to know what could be done about the situation and whether management had spoken with my neighbors. It’s now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received a single return call. The lack of communication and concern for residents is incredibly frustrating. Between the unresolved pest issues and management’s complete lack of responsiveness, I’ve decided I’ll be ending my lease as soon as possible. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

  Had a really great experience touring potrnaco commons! Angelica was super helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the tour feel really comfortable. The property was really nice and we love that they do stuff for their residents and even have a convenient store on site which is such a plus. The girls in the front office were also very helpful and attentive and had such a good vibe from the moment we walked in. They helped us right away and made the whole experience a really good one.

  My sons and I lived at Potranco Commons for about 14 months. Beautiful Apartment, lots of room, modern, and fancy living to us. The grounds are luxurious; poolside experience you cannot be beat. Angela, Angelica, Edwing, Management and Maintenance Staff were helpful at every turn! We highly recommend living at Potranco Commons we enjoyed it much and would still be there if we had not have purchased a new home.
