  I’ve been living here going on 2 years. The reason I am giving it a 1 star review is due to the inconsistency of EVERYTHING! Starting off with security, they recently just got the gate up and running. Before that we had a really bad homeless problem. We’ve had break ins in vehicles, fights right outside the apartments, and security no where to be found! Mind yall according to management we have security but they are only seen a few times a week. Usually they just drive around once and leave. Also PARKING, it is horrible if you pay for carport parking DONT PAY IT they don’t check here. Anyone and everyone park there. Again management says they have towing enforcement however that’s not true. This place lacks good management of the property! They say things will get done and it does not! Oh we also had a store here called Dillos it only lasted maybe 2 months and it’s been closed for almost a year. During the summer the pool situation is a mess! If you have younger kids be mindful who’s around the pool. They had to get security last year just for the pool because it gets overly crowded by non residents. People get drunk and rowdy so family friendly goes out the door! Everything I am writing on here has been brought up management. So none of this is new to them AGAIN nothing has been done. The maintenance men are amazing that is something I do appreciate and the location of good too. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend living here. ALSO MANAGEMENT DO NOT TELL ME TO CONTACT YALL YOU ALL ARE AWARE OF ALL OF THIS.FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!

  Edwin and Jesse are the best maintenance guys here. They truly make it worth living at this property. Anytime there’s an issue, they respond quickly and get it handled right away. I highly recommend this company because of their hard work and dedication.

  I’ve lived here at Potranco Commons for almost a year with little to no issues. I had a pest control issue (ants) when I first moved in but it only took one visit from pest control to clear it up and I’ve had no issues with pests since. The pool is really great, my daughter loves it! There’s also a nice little fitness center and a big clubhouse with an awesome game room. The office staff is always doing fun get together events throughout the year and scheduling yummy food trucks. This is probably the best apartments I’ve lived in since I moved to San Antonio 8 years ago.

  My girlfriend and I just moved in to here, and it has been amazing to say the least. Lorena and Angelica have helped me every step of the way from answering my questions to explaining the move in process. I do want to give a shout out to the maintenance team also Jesse and Edwin came to fix my bed room door (not locking) and took care of it fast! They even answered my questions about things I needed for future reference. They work hard and are passionate about the property and that is something I truly appreciate about Potranco Commons. Thank you staff for all the hard work that you do.
