  Angelica is absolutely awesome! Yes originally I was not happy but she explained and educated me on the issue. The property is absolutely gorgeous. I have my own water heater! No sharing hot water! I have a big yard! It’s top of the line appliances

  My daughter lives in the apartment at Building 8 and she found scorpion in her closet. Apartment community needs to make living more safe.

  My experience here has been frustrating, particularly this last year. I will not be renewing my lease. The biggest issue has been the lack of response from management when legitimate concerns are raised. My upstairs neighbors have been consistently disruptive, with loud running, banging, and excessive noise late into the night. My daughter and I are kept awake until 3:30 a.m. because of the constant noise. After calling the front office multiple times for help get the course of weeks, I was told by a staff member, Lorena, “What else do you want me to do about it? I already called them once.” That response was dismissive and left me feeling like resident concerns simply aren’t taken seriously. Another ongoing problem is the spider infestation. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, and while I’m repeatedly told the property has been “sprayed,” we continue to find large wolf spiders inside our apartment. Whatever pest control measures are being taken are clearly not resolving the issue. I’m also paying for valet trash service, yet there have been numerous occasions where our building is skipped entirely on scheduled pickup nights. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that is inconsistently provided. No apartment community is perfect, and I understand that some issues happen. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-through and customer service when residents ask for help. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both resident support and the consistency of the services that residents are paying for. ***this is in response to the reply on my review: I would appreciate it if a manager called me directly. The trash was not picked up again for the second time this week. There are now raccoons tearing up bags throughout the buildings.
