- JJJ. J.Jul 30, 20265.0PORT ROYAL APARTMENT HOMES have the most professional team. I had an issue and Lori German stepped up and took care of me right away. She was very kind, listened to my situation and resolved my issue. It is so hard to find that kind of customer service. Thank you, Lori! You are truly AMAZING. The residents are Blessed to have great people that CARE in the office. Just know how IMPORTANT that is.
