  Sam Maropis is a snake. do NOT move into one these units. he has broken into my apartment and left the door handle on the floor and just left, he then denied it even though it was all caught on my ring camera. i also went my entire time there without a stove, forcing me to eat out and forcing me to spend ALOT of money. he in no way upheld his end of the contract

  I lease with PMI as a business owner, Property is poorly taken care of since PMI has taken over property. I have asked for the same conversation multiple times and get and keep getting put off. I highly recommend leasing somewhere else elsewhere the communication is better as that is very important for a landlord. Animal feces pictured outside my studio
