  Jen and Angelica were amazing to work with. The process was super easy to get an apartment as well as leave. I was here for 2 years and had no complaints. When something went wrong, they were helpful in fixing the issues. I do greatly appreciate them.

  I love living here, I feel like Jennifer and Aleika in the front office are what make living here so great. You can tell they actually care about the people who live here and take time to get to know anyone who walks in the door.

  I’ve lived here for almost five years, and every time I’ve needed maintenance, Javier has been the one to help. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. What I appreciate most is that he never rushes through a job. He takes the time to make sure everything is fixed correctly before he leaves, and he always asks if there’s anything else I need while he’s there. Javier consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger maintenance issue, he shows up with a positive attitude, works efficiently, and genuinely cares about doing quality work. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do. As a single mom it gives me peace of mind that someone like Javier is on the maintenance team. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, it will be handled quickly, correctly, and with care. He has been one of the best parts of living here, and I truly appreciate everything he does. Thank you, Javier, for your hard work and dedication!

  I have lived here for 8 years and a big reason I stay is the treatment I get from the office and maintenance staff. Jennifer is always the most helpful and informative to tenants and goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of quickly with a positive attitude!
