- HAHailey AlanisAug 26, 20261.0Pest issues and constant washer/dryer breakdowns. No matter how many maintenance requests I submit, the dryer never fully dries clothes and takes at least 3 cycles if not more every time.

I’m sure everyone is just as gracious as her, she was exceptional. The property is immaculate and I met some really great people in my first week of moving in. Love it here.

Kids yelling at the top of their lungs, music at top volume etc. There was one occasion where the complex left the speaker on all night. They will tow your car though despite you having a tag in your car and they won’t reimburse you if you go get your car before you let them know that they towed your car by mistake. Despite the nice facilities, not being able to rest in your home is not worth it. I don’t recommend living here.
