- SSStephenJun 20, 20262.0Moved here after coming off orders. First unit 10206 has termites and after a month of moving in I had to pack up and move to another unit all whilst working a full time job. Management did not pay for the entirety of the move and I ended up paying over $150 out of pocket not to mention boxes and tape. Next unit is on the first floor and incurs flooding every time it rains. Carpet in the bedroom closest to patio door gets soaked. Management had to have been aware, as there was a makeshift berm built around the perimeter of the outside patio. Living here is a saga and I wish the management team would take better care of their tenants instead of seeing issues in terms of monetary loss. Do better.

I did not get her name however she had me test the gate with my code carried my box as I drove and walked to my apartment. This was stellar to me. Tatiana was awesome from the gate. This is one amazing property who knows how to treat there tenants. In love already. Look forward to my future here with these wonderful people.
