🚨 AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨 Stephanie and Jennifer have been unbelievably unhelpful throughout this entire process. Good luck ever getting a callback. I have made repeated phone calls, left multiple voicemails for both the property and corporate, submitted online requests, and even sent certified letters and still could not get anyone to provide a straight answer or corrected accounting. Move-out has been a complete disaster. I paid a $350 security deposit and a $300 pet deposit ($650 total). My original move-out statement included a $233 “carpet repair” charge in a unit that DID NOT EVEN HAVE CARPET. After disputing it multiple times, Stephanie admitted the charge was added “in error.” Then suddenly the cleaning fee increased from $100 to $150 during the dispute process. What makes this even more frustrating is that at move-in we were specifically told the apartment had been professionally cleaned. During this entire dispute, Stephanie stated that if they feel the apartment is “clean enough,” they do not actually professionally clean it between tenants. That is honestly disgusting and should absolutely be standard practice. We left the apartment significantly cleaner than when we received it, yet they expect professional level cleaning to be done at the time of move-out while openly admitting they may not professionally clean units for incoming tenants. My refund amount then changed multiple times: * First approximately $70 * Then approximately $180 * Then suddenly reduced to $0 because “a utility bill came out” Later, Jennifer admitted utilities may have actually been charged TWICE and said a ticket had been submitted to corporate. That was weeks ago and I still have not received a corrected statement or callback for correction. I repeatedly requested the actual utility bill being used to justify withholding the remaining deposit. Stephanie refused to provide it and became irate on the phone when I questioned why every monthly the utility bill during my lease was uploaded to the resident portal, but suddenly the ONE bill supposedly reducing my refund to zero could not be provided. I even contacted YES Energy directly and was told the last statement had not even fully posted yet and a case had to be opened for review. So somehow this property is withholding my deposit over utility charges they can’t explain, can’t document, and apparently may not even have finalized yet. Additionally: * It took over a month and multiple calls and online submissions to fix a roof leak dripping onto our floor * I had to call multiple times about ants inside the unit * The dog park was constantly filled with stickers, cigarette butts, dog waste, and cigarette burns on the benches *The hallways are filthy and covered in dirt and grime that clearly are not cleaned regularly *You are paying for a “gated” apartment complex even though the gates are left fully open all day everyday for anyone to come in. * When the main gates do eventually close at night, good luck getting back into the complex through a side gate because the keypad doesn’t work. This entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. Just from the way management responds to reviews online, you can already see how defensive and dismissive they are instead of actually fixing the issues residents bring up. People should not have to fight this hard just to get accurate accounting and basic communication. This property seriously needs to be investigated.

I’ve eyed this property for a while, however when I went in to tour, last week I was disappointed. The Leasing Agent did not even stop what she was doing or take my information down. I told her the floor plan I was interested in and asked to view it. She said no because of the weather (it was sprinkling). I asked for a self guided tour and she said that was not an option. I was disappointed and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I have had the absolute worse experience with this apartment complex from day 1. They have ignored multiple requests of mine regarding the washer smelling like mildew, having mold. There was even a grange unit in building 1 COVERED IN MOLD and all they did was paint over it. I'm sure they did not mention it to the tenate that currently rents it. After requesting for a new washer, all they did was clean it out. I've had to maintain cleaning it every month since. Fast forward to a couple of months into my lease the neighbor upstairs began to make noise causing such a disturbance in my unit. They have been running around back and forth and what sounds like working out in the unit, and when I sent an email to the front office for assistance, they simply ignored me and I still have yet to receive a response. I have continued to send multiple emails requesting an update on what they are doing about the disturbance and STILL NOTHING. I have proof showing the condition of the washer when we moved in, videos of the noise from upstairs and the multiple emails showing NO RESPONSE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

I wish I had read the reviews before ever considering moving here. These have been the worst two weeks I've ever experienced living in an apartment. From the moment I entered the unit, it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. Within minutes, I encountered multiple roaches. The washer had a strong foul odor, and when opened, there was an unidentified substance coating the inside. Management stated a replacement washer was ordered, but it has now been over two weeks and I am still waiting. I am also waiting on an ice maker for the freezer that was supposedly "ordered," yet has not arrived. Unfortunately, those issues are minor compared to the ongoing noise problem. The dog in the neighboring apartment barks, whines, and cries nonstop throughout the night. The owner leaves, and the dog appears to have severe separation issues. The noise echoes through the hallway and clearly through my bedroom wall, making sleep impossible. I have repeatedly reported this to the leasing office with no meaningful action taken. I was told to contact the courtesy officer after hours, but the phone number provided at move-in does not even work. I have not had a single good night's sleep since moving in. This has been an extremely stressful, miserable, and disappointing experience. Moving here has been a major mistake, and I am actively considering my options. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere, anywhere else is better than here.
