  i really need a REAL review on the roach situation here i want to apply but iv seen 2 review about roaches, one a month ago and another a year ago, please hear this if you have had roach issues here that will really help me figure out if this is the app i want to put in i move in literally a month

  I’ve lived at nova vista for nearly a year now and of all the staff that rotates through the front office, Maja and Victor are always respectful, accommodating and they go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of!

  Never paid my apartment locator for all the hard work he did. Roaches everywhere. Maintenance never comes. Worst experience of my life renting apartments and I've rented for almost 20 years. Do not come here.
