This is a great place to live if you know what to expect. It’s an older apartment complex, so it has its aging in various places, but it is in a safe and quiet area. If you come in with those expectations it delivers. The apartments are nice, especially with the new renovations. I recently moved in so I haven’t had much time to experience any maintenance issues, but overall I really like my apartment so far. Franklin is absolutely amazing! We have had so much fun with him throughout the leasing process and trust him to make sure we are taken care of. After living in college housing, the quality of these apartments are an upgrade. You can tell the leasing team is trying their best, which is all I need. Excited to get to know everyone!

Only live here if: a) You want to wait for a month for your maintenance requests to be fulfilled. (Maybe more since it still hasn't been fixed as I'm writing this) b) You want to have zero communication with management regarding your concerns. I'm writing this review because I'm pretty sure this is the only way management may actually respond to me. My dishwasher has been broken for over a month now. I waited for four weeks after putting the request to get it fixed to see if they would come and look at it. At that point, I started to wonder if maybe my request got lost in the pile. So I called, sent emails, tried to just get some kind of status update of when they would come and fix it. Always straight to voicemail and no response. They sent a blanket email to all the residents that emergency maintenance requests take priority and to be patient. But they still couldn't have the courtesy to give me a call back. I totally understand prioritizing emergency maintenance, but after a month it feels ridiculous. And it's even more ridiculous that management can't even call back their residents when they call repeatedly. And this is not a dig at the maintenance team. All the maintenance staff I have met are kind and helpful. This seems to be totally the fault of poorly run management. They clearly don't have enough staff to cover the needs of all the apartments and don't seem to want to do anything to fix it except scold their residents about asking for updates about maintenance. They changed management teams recently and it just seems to get worse and worse. There's so many other incidences and problems I could list but I know they won't do anything about it. I'm counting down the days until my lease ends so I can get out of here.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've moved into the NOAH apartments somewhat recently and I have yet to have a good day living here. As kind as the front office people are, they have tried to shame me for having complaints because the apartments have recently come under new management and ownership and they think I should give them grace for that. Calling or emailing the NOAH is completely unreliable and I have never gotten a response to a voicemail or email. I have had SEVERAL (double digits) maintenance requests into the NOAH for nearly a month and none of them have been fixed. The only time I have been able to get into contact with the maintenance guy was through the emergency line and even then, I had to text him to remind him to go to my apartment after he didn't show for 4.5 hours after stating that he would be over in 30-45 minutes. Once again, when I have talked to people at the office about my maintenance requests, they have said that they understand my complaints, but they need me to understand that they only have one maintenance guy at the moment. Not sure if this is a dumb question but, why don't they hire another maintenance person? The prices for these apartments used to be way better before the new management/ownership. The price of a 1-bedroom apartment jumped $100-$300 and absolutely no new work/money has been put in to upgrade the individual apartments or the complex. These people are absolute grifters. Not sure if all the issues are due to the front office people and their mismanagement, or if the owners, Trinity Residential, are not giving enough resources to their employees to properly run the complex. The people in the office are SO KIND, but no amount of kindness can make up for the nightmare experience that I have had thus far.

Unfortunately, my experience living here has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Before move-in, my apartment was delayed by approximately two weeks because it was not ready. During that time, I had to keep my belongings in a U-Haul and garage storage while paying for a hotel stay. When I was finally able to move in, the apartment was still not properly cleaned. Shortly after moving in, my family experienced a major electrical issue that lasted approximately nine days. The problem affected multiple areas of the apartment and resulted in intermittent power, loss of reliable hot water, difficulty cooking meals, limited ability to do laundry, and numerous maintenance and contractor visits before the issue was finally resolved. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent. There were multiple occasions when I was told maintenance or contractors would return and they did not, requiring repeated follow-up calls. As a resident who is eight months pregnant and living with two children, the situation was extremely difficult. Despite the length of the outage, the disruption to daily living, and documented expenses incurred during that time, I was informed that no rent credit, reimbursement, or accommodation would be provided. What has been most disappointing is not that maintenance issues occurred, but the overall lack of understanding and concern shown when significant problems impacted my family's living conditions. I hope future residents have a better experience than we did.

Such unbelievably rude and unaccommodating leasing agents. Friend of mine, that I’m helping look for a new place - went in today to inquire and the woman practically yelled at her. It’s insane how incompetent people are at their jobs now-a-days.
