  I love my apartment! The office staff and maintenance are so friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes quickly to help with any requests. Sierra, Mayra, and Ernest are great!

  I had a scheduled tour at 10:00 a.m. with Sierra she seems great from all the other reviews left about her. Unfortunately, she was out sick when I had my tour to view a one-bedroom apartment after seeing that the property was advertising two months free rent. Unfortunately, my experience was very unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. Although I maintained a positive attitude throughout the tour, the leasing agent's demeanor came across as dismissive and rude. Even my 12-year-old daughter commented afterward that she noticed how uncomfortable the interaction felt. During the application discussion, I was told that I did not automatically qualify and that my application would have to go through a third-party guarantor service. I was informed that they do not base approvals on credit score or income alone, and that I would need to pay approximately $1,350 to the third-party guarantor just to be considered for approval. I was also told that despite the advertised two months free rent, I would still need to pay approximately $2,300 upfront in addition to the $1,350 guarantor fee. That means nearly $4,000 out of pocket just to move into a small one-bedroom apartment. What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the information was presented. I was repeatedly told to check my email, almost as though I was being expected to watch for a rejection in real time. The overall interaction felt impersonal and lacked basic customer service. I understand that every property has its own screening requirements, and I respect that. However, prospective residents should be treated with courtesy and professionalism regardless of their financial situation or whether they ultimately qualify. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and it reminded me of being judged before being given a fair opportunity. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and works to create a more respectful and welcoming experience for future applicants. Heads up I make close to 5,000 a month if you aren’t making that don’t waste your time can’t even qualify for a one bedroom and if your approved be prepared to pay 4,000 for a one bedroom. Be sure to not come in off a 12 hour night shift from the hospital in your scrubs, bring your ball gowns and tuxedos and show up in a limousine.

  Amazing tour by Ms. Sierra ! Me and my girlfriend went to view some of their apartments and Sierra understood what made us comfortable and implemented that in our tour to make sure we found the right choice for us . Would 1000% recommend that you tour with Ms. Sierra!

  What a beautiful community!!!! The apartment units are so nice. I loved the one bedroom with the laundry room in the bathroom. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

  Highly recommend touring this beautiful community! Sierra gave my family a tour and she was amazing—so sweet, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable about the area. Moving from out of state is stressful, but she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. I love that it's a brand-new community and I'll be the first to live in my apartment. Sierra already made me feel right at home, and I can’t wait to move in!
