Incredibly slimy way of doing business. I had to break my lease and paid all the appropriate fees, and months later they claim I owe them another 1200 dollars because of the “amazing deal I got when I signed up”. In addition to them keeping my deposit despite me leaving my apartment in great condition. These folks will just nickel and dime you to death. These folks also don’t take security seriously at all. I caught a man breaking into my car and chased him off. I gave the office the time and date of when it happened and they never bothered to pull any footage from the security cameras despite me asking them to. There’s also an overly lax policy regarding parking, so I had to park at the leasing office dozens of times when I’d get home late from work. In addition to all of this, there’s dog poop everywhere because these people don’t empty the dog poop trash cans OR refill the bags. Absolute greed paired with carelessness This was the worst place I’ve ever lived

My unit has flooded three times over the past couple of years repairs are never finished. Lights don’t work there’s mold growing in the pantry ever requested several times to be let out of my lease for health issues involving the mold management does not care.

We have lived at Mission for a few months and have had a very good experience with the leasing team who helped us rent our apartment. All maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and we especially appreciate Giselle’s help. The maintenance staff has also done a great job. Overall, we can say that, up to this day, we have received excellent service from the entire staff. We are very grateful!

We are going on ONE MONTH without a pool!!!! This is getting to be ridiculous!!! HIRE A POOL COMPANY! I have been disappointed with certain aspects of this place mainly the maintenance of the amenities. The pool has been closed for two weeks consecutively. One of those weekends being Memorial Day weekend. This is the weekend I had made plans to take my kids to the pool. They were disappointed to say the least. When I called the office, they said the reason the pool has been closed is because they don't have someone on site to adjust the chemicals. We pay a monthly fee for amenities that we don't have available, and the reason is they don't have staff? I find this inexcusable. Hire a pool company! I have also been very frustrated at times with the parking situation. After a long day of working in the heat I frequently come home to no parking spot close to my building. There is a new parking system going into effect soon, but I don't know what it is going to achieve other than getting your vehicle towed if you don't register it through the portal that has been created. The new parking system is a joint effort between the complex and a towing company to help remedy our parking issues, but no real solution has been provided other than register your vehicle, and any guest vehicle that maybe visiting you. There is also no control over the dog mess that is all over the apartment complex. Management has sent reminders to pet owners to clean up after their pets several times and asked other community members to report those who don't. Management seems to enjoy when neighbors snitch on neighbors. When there is a rise in the number of people who clean up after their pets the waste station are filled and overflow with bags full of dog waste for weeks at a time. Also, as of late I have noticed fleas on my perro. We also pay a monthly fee for pest control, but I have never seen anybody spray or treat any areas around my building. It's a nice building and a great location just not very well maintained on the amenities. The fact that the pool is a selling point but is rarely open is no bueno. No bueno at all!
