  I’ve enjoyed living at Mission Hills so far. The location is great and the apartments themselves are really nice and spacious. The community is usually pretty calm, and I like that everything I need is close by. There are a few things that could be better, like communication from maintenance taking a little longer sometimes, plus parking can get difficult depending on the time of day. But overall it’s been a decent place to live and has a lot of good qualities.

  Ive lived here for over 5 years and this is the best management team yet. They seem to really cae about the residents and our comfort. They are working to make this feel like a community. The maintenance staff are professional and handle all issues promptly I love the landscape and the fact that buildings are not all on top of each other. Rent is reasonable for the area.Sometimes it's the little things that matter, like the friendly community events. A few week ago we played Bingo, I didn't win, but it was fun. I recommend this complex!!

  We’ve been here for almost 6 months and our experience has been wonderful. Management is always looking to improve the complex and cares about its residents. Highly recommend!

  My husband & I along with our dog have been living here at Mission Hill apartments since march and we love the super quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly

  I am leaving this review in hopes to get the attention of the maintenance crew. 11 days ago I put in a maintenance request when we had a bad storm because the Roof is leaking from the rain And then made a hole in the ceiling of my laundry room. Fast forward to now 11 days later it is storming again and leaking again because the first maintenance request was never addressed and put on hold. I have went up to the office in person and even received a phone call about this maintenance request from the office and still nothing has been done. I have also offered to have the issue fixed on my own and deducted from my rent So that it does not keep dripping water into my apartment.
