Why are we still paying ~$250-$300/month in amenity fees when there are no real, functioning amenities?
When are you cleaning the pool?
When are you hiring pool security and enforcing wristbands?
When are our gate remotes going to work to open the gate so we don’t have to manually put in a pin?
When are you fixing the package locker?
When is the gym getting fixed?
Why is the water at the dog park disconnected?
Why is the water fountain turned off?
Why are the breezeways and elevators trashed?
Why does no one answer our questions realistically and operationalize a plan to maintain the property?
This has been ongoing for 3+ months.
These are not luxury apartments, they’re just nicely designed floor plans in an up and coming location. You can get a better experience renting a house. There is no real security either. Anyone and everyone comes onto the property to loiter, steal packages and use the pool. There are no resident events. Best I can do is applaud the maintenance team and Valet Living.

Worst apartments in San Antonio period. Do not move here unless you are on the top floor because you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. And even if you try and make a noise complaint, nothing happens. How is this a “luxury” apartment when you have paper thin walls and ceilings and cars are getting broken into constantly. And when you actually try and talk to the office staff, they do nothing about any about it. Our upstairs neighbor kept making noise until 4 in the morning and the next day would call and complain and still nothing happened. They kept making noise. Save your money and go somewhere else.

These apartments are clean and quite ,with no trash laying around ,no children unsupervised, peaceful,resort like atmosphere, I love living here ❤️
Overall, this apartment community offers a solid living experience with several appealing features. The location is convenient, and the grounds are generally well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant environment day to day. Maintenance requests are typically addressed in a reasonable timeframe, and the team makes an effort to stay responsive.

Current resident here. I would just like to say this is a very nice property and great amenities but the community manager is the worst when it comes to communication. If I had the time to write it out I would but I am not going to bother. I have never written a review before and this should just go to show how bad my experience with her was.
