New management (last 2yrs) is running the apartment complex into the ground. Pool has been green with algae the entire summer. It took almost 2yrs for management to get the covered parking lights and secured lockers for packages working. The management refuses to fix the remote gate openers. Only the gate key pad works. Management always claims they are unaware of any issues you bring to their attention (no lounge chairs in the pool area that is located 50ft from their office). Landscaping around the property was left to die because of management neglect. Property was very nice before this management took over.

I cannot wait for my lease to be up with the amount of horror stories I have encountered with this complex. At move in I was given the keys to my unit I had just walked days before to find out there was no stove, washer, and dryer in my unit. I called the leasing office and waited about two hours for the maintenance supervisor to show up only to tell me he could hook up a stove and would have to wait until Tuesday for a washer/dryer. I was told at the walk through the apartment would be cleaned and when I showed up for move in the apartment had spider webs, fridge had crumbs, and overall dirty. The assistant manager at the time told me she would send the cleaners once my washer and dryer were installed to clean up after maintenance. All the cleaners did was mop however still had the spider webs and a dirty stove. I was compensated with $100 Mastercard from management. This should have been a red flag to leave this place after my 6 month lease was over. After a couple of months there was an issue with the fire alarm system and was constantly resetting at 12:30AM every night. I lost sleep and patience after it took the vendor three times to fix the issue. Two separate inspections had to be scheduled and I personally had to call SAFD to have the fire marshal give them a fine for the lack of movement after multiple calls and emails to the leasing office. Again, I was compensated with $400 towards my lease for the “ inconvenience” I had to deal for about two months. Lastly the complex needs a better maintenance team and vendors to take care of the property. The pool was green and closed all summer long. Maintenance request takes weeks to be completed and closed. There is a lot of dog feces around which smells horrible in the summer heat. No one walks the property to clean or enforce a clean space for others around. Residents with yards let their dogs use the bathroom and do not clean up after them and the office does nothing to fix the issue. I cannot wait to leave this place. The office tries lure you in with specials which am I not going lie are great if you are willing to deal with a lot of issues during your leasing period. Do not fall for it and the headache you will encounter if something goes wrong.

Worst apartments I have ever lived in. Management has changes many times. They do not respond to calls. Do not handle noise complaints. Pool has been closed all summer and gate to trail was chain locked for a month so that takes away from most of the amenities. They have charged me for insurance noncompliance despite providing them with electronic and paper proof then said they couldn’t reimburse me. Had to call district offices to get the lease promo which took months to get. Halls are absolutely filthy. So much more but just can’t wait to leave

Do not live here. In two years, the complex went completely downhill. Here’s why: The main gates don’t work, and they have not given people clickers to open them. You have to put in the code but the screen in broken so it’s just luck if they open. The pool is so disgustingly green. All summer it was like this which they never cleaned it. The hallways reek of dog feces and there are bugs everywhere. The doors to the gym do not work at all and the fobs on all the pedestrian gates are broken. Lights outside are constantly flashing or broken and it’s dark. Work orders are never done correctly, I have a camera inside and I saw the maintenance workers just walk and and leave and submit it as done. The leasing agents are no help, they both sit back and laugh about everything and do not email you back at all regarding issues. I emailed them about this and nothing. Do not trust their practices on getting you signed up for a renewal or new lease, I think they are pocketing the money. The manager hides in her office and closes the door when you want to talk to her. She will tell you to email her but she never responds. I emailed Stonemark property Management and ApexOne who is the owner of the property photos of the property. I got an email back from Apex saying they will investigate as they were disgusted by the situation I listed. Just don’t live here, it’s not worth it. Nothing is luxury about it.

The elevator in my building is out at least twice a month, and the current outage has now been going on for almost 7 days. This has become a recurring issue and is especially frustrating for residents who rely on the elevator. I’ve contacted the office and emailed management multiple times to get more information and try to address this, along with other ongoing issues throughout the community, but I haven’t received any clear answers or meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, it feels like many of these concerns are being overlooked rather than addressed. (Update) I have sent an message to the provided email earlier in the week and have not heard back I have escalated this issue to corporate.
