  Not a very good place. Roaches everywhere, maintenance takes FOREVER to get stuff done, broken appliances, black mold, leaky windows. My wife was living there, her washing machine broke and it took 3 months to get a new one. The dishwasher backed up and it was never replaced in 6 months and she had black mold coming out of the ceiling (leaks). I do not recommend this place. The pool also had tons of wasps near it as well.

  Do not move here!!! This place is not worth the headache you will probably have. I live in the first floor and you can hear everything that happens upstairs and if you complain about the noise the management will not do anything to help. The neighbors smoke weed and it makes my apartment smells horrible. The vents are full of mold and I complained about it and the maintenance said it was just dirt and didn’t do anything to change that. There are huge dumpsters everywhere and people are so lazy they throw trash on the ground instead of throwing inside the dumpster and it smells terrible because the wild animals go through the trash. People also walk their dogs without leash and I almost got attacked two times and the owners don’t do anything about it just stare at your face like it’s my problem. And it was not just me because I saw another girl walking her dogs and getting attacked by someone’s dog and the person couldn’t even hold their own animal. I could list a lot of other problems but these are the most annoying ones. Don’t waste your time and money here because if you need help they will not help you.

  Horrible property to rent at! I lived here for two years in two different units same thing. As a Veteran I have moved through the US and over seas in areas and this is by far one of the worst places I have ever rented from they have MASSIVE Bug infestations I was having to request the exterminator every month at least so much so we were on a first name basis secondly the maintenance people will half ass things to get in and out without properly making sure the thing they were requested to fix was not (I.E I called 4 times for them to fix my kitchen faucet they just super glued it) not to mention the absurd amount of flooding in areas where the layout wasn’t properly dug so depending on where you get your place you may be flooded in. Also insulation is non existent I could clearly see outside from the bottom of my door ask well as my upstairs bathroom having access to my neighbors unit I would not recommend this place to any one they need to tear it down or do some major renovations at this property. And I have a plethora of pictures and evidence for all theses things and more. I would need serval bug traps around my townhouse at all times I called for maintenance to fix a door that was falling off all they did was drill more screws into it and was lop sided I asked them to come fix my door handles and they just threw some caulking and called it a day.

  This is the second time that I’ve re-signed my lease with Maxwell townhomes. The location is great And in the front office, Jessica has always been so helpful. I have children so having the playground, Tennis, Soccer field, Basketball court, gym and the pool are great to have included here. The only two issues that I’ve had run into here would be with another residence child who threw urine in our AC unit. I did report it, but unfortunately, we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The second would be the AC. I live in one of the townhomes and had this issue Since I first moved in. I was told That if it was 100° outside and 80° inside that the AC was working just fine. But there is very Low airflow coming from the AC to the two bedrooms upstairs, which makes it very hot and very humid inside with the heat. Even my Room has the same issue. So this year we have been sleeping in the living room. Which, of course, when you put your hand by the vent, you feel a very good flow of air in the living room. It’s the only cool room in the apartment. And then, in the winter time, it doesn’t get heat upstairs. I was told to just leave the AC running that it’s working fine but that just causes a very high electricity bill around $400 during the Summer to late fall when the heat settles down. I made a recent request and was told that the airflow was just turned down and they turned it back up, but there’s still no difference. This is just been really the main issue since being here. Again, it’s a great location, community amenities are great, monthly rent is great pricing and they are always doing something for the renters here like raffles and events but the ac unit for me is what’s disappointing and because of that, I don’t see me resigning again the third time. I wish this could just be resolved.
