Property Manager was so sweet and friendly, she exhibits a passion and genuine love for what she does reflected by her work ethic as well as how the environment felt walking in to the office she should be the standard when it comes to helping folks find a place to live, really did her best and even went above and beyond to assist current and future residents not only feel welcomed but also to work with them in order to get them through the process as quickly as possible making it smooth and transparent. office staff was nothing short of amazing which is to be expected from a great leader and would definitely recommend that if you are needing somewhere to live or currently looking, I can honestly say you will love to call Marshall Meadows your home. Thank y'all!!!

I put an application a little over a month ago and since I have got the run around they now have an online system teaming with AI that’s supposed to be faster and easier however it has been more complicated and longer than the management team insisted everyday going to the office for something else added to application after meeting with their Tech team at this point my move in date has moved 3x’s and still has no actual date locked in the amount of money spent in gas going to the office has already surpassed the deposit however the front desk lady Dee has been the only one on top of everything actually communicating with me through all the changes and add ons very professional and dedicated to what she does wish I could say that about management/corporate but I honestly can’t At this point I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY
