  Moved in May and submitted a maintenance request for our AC. Gaby was super proactive and my request was fixed in less than a few hours. Gaby is super nice and thank you to the maintenance team for fixing it!!

  DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS, it’s extremely disgusting, there are bugs/roaches EVERYWHERE they come out of drains, the outlets, the walls, the floors literally anywhere that they can come in, me and my roommate moved in the rent total month was about 1600 for a two bedroom to bath we are paying around 2000 every month on water and light, and apparently parking when neither of us was informed about that, half of the building is falling into the ground, the pool is extremely pretty until i found out that there are homeless people who bath in the pool.

  I have been living here long enough to have had to deal with multiple managers. The worst by far has to be the current property manager. He’s not rude per se… he’s very, very passive aggressive. He will roll his eyes and make faces. For being a property manager, he’s probably the most incompetent on the staff. Except the girl at the front desk that wears the glasses. She’s also extremely incompetent and VERY rude. I wouldn’t wish having to talk to her about an important issue on anybody. She literally never has any idea what’s going on and then likes to turn around and act like it’s your fault. I will say, auggie is very, very sweet and extremely competent!! If you need absolutely anything done, definitely just go straight to him. Also, the place is crawling with roaches.
