  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Auggie at Lofts on Main has been absolutely wonderful! He is always friendly, helpful, and makes you feel welcomed. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, he has been attentive, professional, and willing to help. Great customer service can make such a difference when it comes to where you live, and Auggie definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Auggie, for everything you do!

  One of the main reasons I chose to move to this community was the atmosphere and the feeling I hoped it would provide. Unfortunately, the process of getting here was more challenging than expected. There were several occasions where it seemed that no matter what we tried, the Property Manager, AJ, found a reason why it was not sufficient. At times, the interactions felt dismissive and left us feeling as though we were being looked down upon rather than welcomed. It was discouraging enough that we genuinely considered walking away from the community altogether. Thankfully, Auggie completely changed that experience. He was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help in every way he could. Even when something was outside of his ability to resolve, he encouraged us to remain persistent and assured us that someone would eventually provide the guidance we needed. His patience and positive spirit made a difficult process feel worthwhile, and I am genuinely happy that we ultimately moved in. I truly believe Auggie's admirable attitude and commitment to helping others made the difference, and for that, I am sincerely grateful.

  I am a current tenant here at lofts on main and have been assisted in multiple occasions by the current staff. AJ, Auggie, Gabby, and the wonderful maintenance team! Sorry I forgot to ask your name, however, I have nothing but great things to say about your staff! You care about what you do and it shows! I appreciate you and the huge efforts you are making to keep the property beautiful! It is a continual job and your efforts have not gone unnoticed! Ownership should be proud or your accomplishments and as a resident I am so appreciative of the continual awareness of maintaining the property to the highest standards! You should be proud of your achievements and I am extremely grateful for the attention to my several situations and the personal touch you have shown me! Again- TY AJ and staff! Your team is awesome!! B

  I stopped by for a tour today and was greeted very quickly by augie! He took me around the property , explained all the amenities, layout and answered all my questions. I was kinda taken a back by how many residents he greeted by name as we toured the property. That did not occur at any of the properties I’ve visited today. He definitely made me feel welcomed and I can see other residents felt the same way too ! Thank again Augie for going above and beyond !

  Thus far, I have been very pleased with the appearance of the apartment and the overall presentation of the community. The property itself made a very positive first impression, and I was genuinely looking forward to becoming a resident. Unfortunately, my initial experience with the property manager, AJ, was quite different. I was surprised by the level of difficulty I encountered during the process, as well as what I felt was an unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. Under normal circumstances, that experience alone might have been enough for me to consider another property. Fortunately, Auggie completely changed the trajectory of my experience. His positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help encouraged me to continue pursuing the apartment when I otherwise may have walked away. He was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and reassuring throughout the process. Joey, who I later discovered was only here to assist with coverage, also demonstrated a level of hospitality and professionalism that left a very positive impression. I believe the property itself has a great deal to offer, and my experience with Auggie and Joey reinforced that. If I were to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be to place greater emphasis on the resident experience and the level of hospitality provided by management. Overall, I am happy with the apartment and the community thus far. I simply hope that future residents receive the same warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help that I experienced from Auggie and Joey.
