i’ve been w legacy flats for 2 years now. If you know, you know the constant changing of management. This new team that is in now, I feel a breath of fresh air. Bambi has been amazing and she’s so sweet and reassuring of everything. They care about their residents and even offered for everyone to come meet the team which is a huge plus. I feel w this new team everything will start to be so much better 🤞🏼

I’m so happy I chose Legacy Flats to be my new home! From the very beginning, the staff has been absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process, especially leading up to my move and during my transition into my apartment. Moving can be stressful, but the wonderful service and support I received made the whole experience so much easier. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly. The property itself has also met my expectations and standards, and I’m truly happy with my decision to live here. I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I’ve had so far and for the entire Legacy Flats team. If you’re looking for a place that offers great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about its residents, I would definitely recommend Legacy Flats! I’m very happy to call this place home. ❤️🏡✨

Do not stay here, especially if you have a kids. We had a mood problem and management did not respond to us they would only spray the vents with chemicals that made it worse. If you are staying there check your vents, our lease expired and there was still mold after we left. Worse management ever, even the after multiple emails and emails to upper management we never received any updates or expresses of concern from anyone.
