  I went in for a tour, and Joe showed us around and answered all of our questions and was super nice throughout the entire visit! The units and amenities are well kept and look amazing.

  Has to be one the worst, roach infested apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of living in. Office staff changes every other week, they towed my vehicle the second day after I bought it, even though I had a parking pass that was attached to my lease that was in my windshield. This place has got to be shell corporation. They charge for pest control but then send the pest control guys in the middle of the day when no one is home. Migrant birds make their homes on the balconies. On top of ALL OF THAT…. You have to turn left across Shaenfield road. It speaks for itself but under no circumstances would I EVER recommend people live here.

  Don’t rent an apartment here. After them changing management they raised all their “violation” fees. Imagine leaving one accidental bottle on your patio and get charged with a $500 violation fee. That’s literally insane.

  Just recently toured these apartments and the front office was so welcoming not only in the beginning of the tour but throughout the tour as well. The apartments give very homey vibes, which is something I’m looking for!
