    3 years of perfect payment history. When I go to move out the place it was spotless. They said I never paid a deposit which I did and then they charged over 700.00 for new paint and Carpet 5 months later. I asked them when I left if I owned anything. They said no, but a utility bill maybe sent later. Understand. 5 months later I have a collection company charging me 700.00. No call, no mail, an email with my old email acct on it. I’m financially stable. These young kids can’t afford an unexpected bill like this. They said this is normal procedures. I call it SCAM. Don’t trust this new management.

    I read through the reviews before moving in, and I do think most of them are accurate. The positive and negative reviews both give you a fair idea of what to expect from the property. I moved into my apartment sight unseen, and overall, the apartment itself is very nice. Some things are a little dated, and a few things needed attention when I moved in, but maintenance came out and took care of what needed to be fixed. The property is nice, and my experience with the staff and maintenance has been great. The reason I am giving three stars is because of the parking situation and how it was handled after my guest was towed. On my first night here, I had a guest surprise me from out of town. Before this happened, I had asked questions about parking and made it clear that I did not fully understand how the guest parking process worked. I went outside to scan the sign/register the vehicle, and by the time I got there, the car had already been towed. It was literally within minutes. I understand that apartments have parking rules, and I understand that towing is part of enforcing those rules. My issue is that five minutes does not feel like a reasonable amount of time, especially for a new resident who was actively trying to register a guest vehicle. When I followed up with the office, I understood that they could not refund the towing fee. What bothered me was that I could not get a clear answer about how much time a guest has before being towed. The response also felt dismissive, which was frustrating given the circumstances. Overall, the apartment is nice, the property is nice, and maintenance has been responsive. I would still recommend the apartments, but I would strongly suggest making sure you fully understand the parking rules before having anyone visit.

    Update: have called to confirm some paperwork was received and if any other documentation needed and haven't heard back twice. Spoke to Joe about lease questions before signing it and he was super helpful! Answered all my questions and was not impatient at all. Looking forward to moving in this summer. Only 4 stars because the original lease sent was incomplete, but Joe is helping get it all fixed.
