Has Roaches and nobody ever works the office and they never send pest control. And the office staff has more turnover.

I had a great experience working with Crystal! She provided excellent customer service from start to finish very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a positive, welcoming energy. You can really tell they care about their residents. If you’re looking for a place with great service and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend asking for Crystal!

I work in the apartment locator industry and in customer service, and one thing I can say is that the attitude I received from the staff member was quite dismissive and lacking in helpful information. I visited the property and drove about 30 minutes. I had a client who was very interested and came from another city. I really liked the property, it looks very nice. However, the staff member didn’t really try to assist me. She simply told me no, that it couldn’t be done, and that the client had to be physically present. I tried to explain that the client was currently at another property. I hope this feedback reaches the right people. Good customer service isn’t just about having someone at the front desk it’s also about having empathy and willingness to help others in the process.

Place is good if you're going to live alone and not have anyone over. The maintenance guys are fantastic feel like the only staff that are great personality and worker wise. Ive had people over such as friends and family and have proof of the parking pass being made stamped and screenshoted and still had vehicles towed by them. Called the towing company they claimed the time was 11:48 where the pass expired which may I add you cannot renew since there's a "protected" grace period of a minute at 11:48. When calling the office after taking a look into it they claimed with screenshots of the tow truck driver at 12:10 which i have proof of my parking pass being done at 12:05 but they rather believe their tow truck drivers over their own app and residents. First place I've lived having such parking structure and for sure going to be the last they can never get a story straight or their own stuff working had times coming from work at midnight and the gate which is controlled by the app is "offline" having me lock out of my own place waiting for someone to leave in order for me to go in. Edit: Scratch that this place has honestly been the worst experience I have ever had renting before it seems to be the new individuals working as you can see nothing but bad reviews about it recently. Which is sad when I first moved in there was amazing helpful staff idk where they went but need them back. I have never had a place where I had to notify about me leaving the place it has always been lease ends since that is what you signed for and then you're done if you want to renew then talk to the property if not then move on. Now they switched me to a month-to-month lease adding $500 to it since I never gave them a 60 day notice unbelievable would've done it if they learned how to communicate it well. The only one email regarding that I got only seems like an offer for renewal so many can just brush it aside thinking it's just them wishing for you to stay even when opening it's all about that and in the portal, it only is about renewing never anything about having to give notice. Only in that email where you finally go to the very bottom it finally says it unbelievable; I only got this place since I was in a rush if you have time look else where you will find better pricing/sq footage and some that as well offer their "military/student discount."
