  ⭐ An Outstanding Experience with Centex Homes at Horizon Ridge! After going through a very disappointing experience with another homebuilder, Lennar Homes at Brookmill, where our closing date was postponed five consecutive times and we ultimately lost our earnest money deposit, my wife and I were understandably looking for a completely different experience when purchasing our first home. Thankfully, our experience with Centex Homes at Horizon Ridge has exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! We would especially like to recognize Evan, our assigned sales representative, and Mason, our home construction manager, for their outstanding professionalism, knowledge, communication, and genuine care throughout the process. Both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, informed, and confident in our decision. Their willingness to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and treat us with respect made a tremendous difference. They truly understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest milestones in a family's life, and they treated our experience with the care and attention it deserved. We would also like to give a special thank-you to Michelle from the Horizon Ridge sales department. From the very first time we met her, she welcomed us with a big smile and such a warm, positive attitude that she immediately made us feel we were in the right place. That first impression meant a lot to us and helped set the tone for what became such a positive experience. As first-time homeowners, we wanted to find not just a house, but a place where we could feel confident about our investment and excited about our future. Centex Homes and the team at Horizon Ridge helped make that happen. She made the entire process easy to understand, was always available when I had questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.   We just closed on the house and let me just say Ibrahim made this so easy for us. He was very Informative walked through everything in detail with us. He really is sweet. Always kept in contact with us and was very quick to respond if we had any questions leading up to closing. I really loved how he made it personal by remembering our names as if he’s known as forever! Very welcoming. Love the house! So excited for this new chapter for our family!

  An Exceptional First-Time Home Buying Experience at Horizon Ridge by Centex! As first-time homebuyers, we knew purchasing a home could be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but our journey at Horizon Ridge by Centex was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the very first day we met Michelle, our Sales Consultant, we immediately felt that we were in the right place. Michelle was incredibly kind, welcoming, hospitable, and professional. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered our questions, and provided prompt guidance throughout the process. Her genuine care and willingness to help made such a big difference in making us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. We also want to give a huge thank-you to Ibrahim, our Construction Manager, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the construction of our new home. He was prompt, personable, friendly, and extremely helpful in keeping us informed about the progress of our home. He was always available to answer our questions, educate us about the construction process, and address any concerns we had along the way. His professionalism and communication gave us great peace of mind throughout the build.
