  Rent is somewhat cheap, buildings need a makeover, apartment ladies and maintenance people are really nice and helpful… But I do not recommend anyone live here, especially if you’d like to receive mail… The mailbox area gets broken into so often it’s a joke at this point all the apartment ladies can do is file report with the post office and the police department. Do they really do that? I’m not sure… Apparently there’s cameras in the mail area, but there is not. They just have those signs up there for absolutely no reason. The apartment complex is in a secluded little area but you should look elsewhere to live.

  The mailboxes aren’t secure here. Someone stole important mail out of my mailbox around 4/29/26 and used my credit card fraudulently. The thief was using their own special key to open everyone’s mailboxes. I reported the them to the police with the exact store number they used the card and to usps investigators. These apartments said they requested new locks for the mailboxes but there’s nothing else they can do. I didn’t receive any urgent notifications that this happened. They said they wouldn’t make an announcement of this incident until Monday. Things like this should be announced immediately. The way I found out about this was a random charge to my card on Friday night?? This is horrible. Update: We never got any sort of announcement about the mailbox break in. That isn’t professional at all. Management doesn’t seem to really care about this situation either. My previous complex made announcements immediately when something like this happened and also took proper actions as well. I really regret moving here.
