  Mark Valdez helped me out when my fridge went out on me. He reset it so it would turn back on and assured me that he would bring a replacement bulb for it.

  A big thank you to Mark Valdez, he did a walk through, addressed and discussed the maintenance request I had. He was fast, efficient, and communicated with me on all the problems I had within my unit moving in. He got the job done pretty quickly and was on his way within no time. Thank again Mark!

  Apartment 411 a/c doesn’t work, temperature is set to 72 degrees but the apartment doesn’t drop below 78 degrees despite it being only 84 degrees outside during the night time. There’s no reason for the a/c not to work, this has been a hassle since I’ve moved in. The apartments do a very poor job at correcting such a simple fix, I’ve made 3 reports for the a/c and it still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been 3 months now.
