  Paula and Nicole have been so helpful and graceful!!! This is my first place with my beautiful two year old daughter and they catered to our home needs and got everything worked out. Also, what we get for the price is amazing!!!

  I have lived here for 2 years, the office and maintenance staff is new and I love them. Wish they were here 2 years ago! Keep up the good work.

  It’s completely useless; management changes every month, and each new team is more incompetent than the last. They don’t clean the building entrances—they’re full of cobwebs and hundreds of dead insects. Inside the apartments, there are issues like air conditioners leaking water into the closets, soaking clothes in rusty water. The maintenance staff are another bunch of useless people. The only thing management is punctual about is collecting the rent. Don’t rent here; it’s terrible. No sirve para nada, la administración cambia cada mes, y cada uno más ineptos que el anterior, no limpian los portales están llenos de tela de araña y cientos de insectos muertos, tienes problemas dentro de los departamentos los aires acondicionados tiran agua dentro de los closet se llena de agua con oxido la ropa, los de mantenimientos otros inutiles,la administración para lo único que son puntuales es para cobrar la renta no renten este lugar no SIRVE

  I started renting here about five years ago. Over the course of that time, this place has gone so far downhill it's not even funny, ending up in the terrible state it's in now. Air conditioners don't work, we lose hot water every other month, and work orders get "completed" without anyone ever even coming to look at them. I am currently in an apartment without air conditioning and I'm writing this review at my wit's end with how easily I have been brushed off by the front desk. I am happy to be leaving this place and going somewhere they actually care about their residents. If you do end up moving here, just pray you don't need anything fixed, because you'll be paying three or four more months rent before they ever get to you.
