I’m embarrassed to say I’ve ever rented here. If you like hot water, don’t move here. If you love mold, cold showers, filth and lack of accountability you’ll love it here. If you apply make sure you triple check your lease because they will have you sign a year lease even though that is not what you applied for.

I live in this apartment and it’s a horrible place to live. I do not recommend no one to move right now to this complex. We have a new manager. Her name is Petra de Leon she is a very rude lady. She doesn’t have any people person skills anytime when we go to the office her response to everything is “no no no” very rude lady. I really hope that they get her out of this place. Please do not move in this place is horrible.

I am not even sure why someone in a customer service industry behaves like they absolutely hate their job. The woman at the front office (Leasing Office) seems to find pleasure in not assisting you and turning you away. It is no wonder this place has such a bad rating. I left over 5 messages via voicemail, email and in person and NEVER received a response. I simply wanted to pick up a package that was delivered here by mistake and they did everything they could to prevent it. You should really be ashamed of yourselves for behaving in such a way that is unkind.
I am happy to say I do not reside at these Apartments, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Resigned my lease 2 months in advance. 1 month before the next term date I had to leave the apartment behind because I lost my job and my roommate had to go. Tried talking to them but instead they put me into collections for over 3,500$. They wanted more initially of course, and it's just crazy because they had a good chunk of time but they wanted to punish me and now I owe 3,500$ to some collection agency. This all happened while COVID happened mind you, don't get on their bad side or they'll tear you a new one clearly. Hope y'all fail, wishing the worst on y'all everyday 👍🏻 YOU'RE HELPING ME RESOLVE IT was y'all trying to get me to pay thousands of dollars! DON'T TRY to act all customer service BS, anyone can see thru that crap. Just keep your trap shut, I'm paying for y'alls inability to be respectable and fair.

This is going to have to go to court and You need to read this, so I was facing going homeless and luckily I got this apartment days before I was planing on living in the woods, but I got the apartment, when I got the apartment they said I would get a month free when they had that promotion going for October, me and my friend moved in last week of October, we have video and evidence proof for getting that promotion for the free month, and I relied on that to be able to afford the place, I just got a job at the Olive Garden right by here, and I made enough for rent, THEY WILL SCAM YOU ON THE LEASE AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, they are allways in and out of managers but not employees, the employees are great. But in the lease they said I would get the month free for December and I have video recording of them saying when I would have to pay and how much and I wouldn't be charged for November, THE FIRST WEEK we moved in they said that it would be clean and the cleaners would come in a couple days, the light sockets wernt in, it was dusty and filthy everywhere, the garbage disposal didn't work, it smelled and leaked, the dishwasher was flooded and flooded the kitchen multiple times, and I put in the request to be fixed, but the maintenance just comes and looks and says they need to order the parts so nothing gets fixed, cleaners have never came and its been a month, and WITH THEM SCAMMING ME ON THE LEASE mind u im 18 yrs old and first apartment, they said it was my fault i didnt read the lease carefully when i signed it and there was no discount on it, so the new manager who's been there nearly at all, said i signed it so they can't do anything about it, and that i should have read it. EVEN THO when i asked right before i signed it with the other employees i asked about when i would have to pay for the first time which they said November 27th- December 4th and when i went to go pay is when i saw the December month being added on, i would have never EVER even had the. Audacity. To look at this apartment if i knew they would do this, now they want me out by the 8th if I can't pay to avoid eviction. I also had to re do the application like 5 times and one on physical paper but not suprised they lost the physical copy and we needed that to show the new manager who wasn't here when we applied because they said my roommate never applied and wasn't included on the lease even tho every time we applied we did it together and each time they needed his information, So yeah please avoid this apartment if you don't want to be constantly disappointed and blindsided by things here
