  since the new office staff have been here; everything has changed. The new maintenace team have been great! Getting things done and also got our pool up and running. Paula and Nicole have been great.

  Paula and Tyler, the new HVAC tech, pulled all the strings they could to help fix the issue I was having with my HVAC system in my unit. I am grateful that they provided resolutions throughout the entire process.

  I’ve had AC for 5 of the last 42 days. Property owned by private equity slumlord. Update: of course they have a bot respond to the reviews here. Steer clear if you like your sanity the cheap rent isn’t worth it

  stopped by today and saw that this place is well kept, management is very friendly and the maintenance team is doing really great! keep up the good work! i would definitely move my family here 🙌🏻

  Having been here for sometime now. I've been seeing so much improvements being done. Yes the pool is green, but the extra steps that are being taken will Improve that same pool for the better. We should give the new maintenance crew more patience, since they've been fixing our problems. That the past crews didn't. Thanks David, Mark, and the new guy. For everything that you all have improved!
