  Great place if you like BLACK MOLD! I’ve reported black mold multiple times and was told it was dust. We had the town home and the upstairs floor is caving in and super uneven. Lots of water damage from other the years and current. Their maintenance is nice but take a long time (up to a year) to repair anything since it’s only 2 men. The rent was only supposed to be around $1400 a month but expect to pay $2000! It’s because of all the water leaks the property has and YOU get to pay the bill. Honestly you can get a better place for the same price. The staff seem nice but rarely answer the phone as well and are rarely in office. The “amenities” aren’t really there either, the pool is dirty and peeling, the washer and dryers on property are musty and don’t work very well. Trust me check the pictures and avoid this place if you can!

  Living here has been a frustrating experience due to constant noise issues. My neighbors regularly cause significant disturbances after midnight including loud gaming, television, heavy footsteps, yielding , and the moving of furniture. Almost cannot have a good sleep in the night. I have reported these issues to the landlord on multiple occasions, but there has been no improvement. To make matters worse, management has refused to transfer me to a similar unit on a different floor. In addition to the noise issues, the management’s response to facility problems is severely lacking. We experienced a power outage in the middle of summer that lasted for several days, leaving residents to suffer in extreme heat.

  Same as some other reviews if I could I would give a zero to this complex not because of the property itself, but because lf the team managing it. There is no care for the property or the tenants. We have multiple work orders with the office and none of them have been completed yet, and its been months. The laundry facilities they boast on their website is 24/7, yes it is 24/7 but you can't use it because not all the machines are working all the time, and sometimes none are working, and they dont care about taking care of that. There is a severe pest problem in these buildings but do they have pest control coming out to do anything, Nope, because they dont care, we have changed two apartments here into two different building, and both infested with roaches and these tiny pesky ants that live inside the building walls. So people who are thinking about moving here, you have been informed. Attached is the laundry washer pics, only 2 machines are powered ON and they also dont work properly. Its a shame they collect so much rent but cant keep up the property.

  Los servicios siempre fallan y no pueden solucionar nada, cobran una renta y no pueden mantener bien los servicios, tenemos 2 dias sin luz y cps no puede arreglar porque tienen contrato con otra compañia que hace lo mismo cada año, varios vecinos me han comentado que es el tercer año consecutivo que los dejan sin luz, cuando incluyen los billes en la renta es para mejorar y hacerlo todo mas facil o solo quedarse con el dinero y a los inquilinos sin servicios? Todos alrededor tienen servicio de luz excepto Fairways 5. El internet nunca tiene buena señal, olvidate si trabajas desde casa y necesitas usarlo porque tampoco pueden mejorar y tampoco puedes cambiar de compañía por el contrato que tienes al vivir aquí. El agua siempre andan quitandola para "arreglar" y no parece que haya cambio porque siempre tienen que estarla quitando. Gas no hay solo en las segundas plantas. La alberca casi nunca está lista para poder hacer uso de ella.

  Horrible management, I am extremely disappointed with the horrible management. The level of maintenance, communication, and response to serious issues has been unacceptable. We have experienced multiple ongoing problems, including raccoons getting into the attic, electrical issues, heater problems, AC problems, and lighting issues. These are not minor inconveniences, they affect the safety, comfort, and quality of living for residents. The management has shown a lack of responsibility and inadequate attention to resolving these problems in a timely manner. Residents deserve a safe, clean, and properly maintained place to live, but these issues have been ignored or not handled properly.
