  I had an absolutely amazing experience with my realtor, Cynthia Aguilar! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She was always available to answer my questions, calm my worries, and guide me through every step of the process. No matter the time or how small the concern, she responded quickly and always made me feel like a priority. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she is also one of the sweetest people I could have worked with. She truly cared about helping me find the right home and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting instead. Her dedication, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed. I am so grateful for everything she did for me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and provides outstanding service. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

  I couldn’t have asked for a better Real estate agent! Samantha knew exactly where to look and find the best deal when I explained to her exactly what I was looking for. Perfectly explained everything to me when I had questions and made the whole process feel so smooth. I appreciate everyone else in the Exquisite Properties team that made it possible for my wife and I to be able to buy our first home.

  Thank you Samantha for helping with our “new to us” home in San Antonio! I still think you have a twin who was helping behind the scenes…LOL. You were always available to meet us anytime/anywhere to check out houses. Also, thanks for the helpful information and guidance throughout the process.   We had such a wonderful experience working with Katrina. We're buying in TX from another state. She was so helpful and patient showing us multiple places, then going through the entire inspection, financing and closing process with us. When some key elements of the inspection failed, she went above and beyond to find us a contractor and let him into the unit just to get us a quote. The Exquisite Team checked in during the process. I highly recommend Exquisite and Katrina to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in the San Antonio area. I will definitely use them again.

  Michelle Smith helped our family so much that I could never possibly put it into words. We were not only working on a tight budget, but our dream was not everybody’s dream so it was hard to find the perfect land. She stuck by our side for six months and I would say that she is highly underpaid for everything that she did! She ALWAYS returns phone calls no matter what AND on the weekends…! There were many downs and very few ups on some of the properties, but she didn’t ever get discouraged and she kept us keeping our eye on our dreams… This is the kind of Realtor that you need in your corner because she’s going to look out for you and not let you Make bad decisions and Just settle. We were so thankful to have Michelle. She made us laugh. She always gave us a hug when she saw us not to mention we thank her for her service to our country.! I hope that Exquisite knows what an asset they have with Michelle Smith. I hope if you are still not sure after you have read my post just trust that she is good at what she does and knows what she’s doing and in the end you will be very glad that you did!
