  Jewels is by far the best PERSON I’ve ever met. She exceeds all expectations beyond that of a realtor. She has: superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and her client advocacy is unlike any other. There isn’t a single other person I’d recommend. From planning entire days dusk til dawn filled with home visits on a well put together schedule, to a relentless persistence to make sure we were taken care of during the negotiation and closing process. Jewels made a cross country move with multiple roadblocks a pleasant experience for my wife and I.

  Jewels was the absolute best . She was kind , understanding, quick, and extremely organized. She took my husband and I to look at over 30 homes in January and again in May. She even made an itinerary for us, this showed how much she cared. She was very helpful during the entire process and never made us feel like a burden during our 6 months of looking for a home. Coming from across the country was difficult but she made every effort to make us feel heard and worked with us for the perfect home taking all our needs into account.   We had a fantastic experience with Mary Nielsen and Exquisite Properties both buying and selling our home. Mary was genuinely interested in our unique needs and when touring she was incredibly knowledgeable about the fine details. You really feel like you are working with the best. I could not be happier with the listing process from pictures to online promotion- we essentially had two competitive offers the day after listing and quickly sold our home. Every part of the process was honestly and professionally handled. Mary continues to be a resource for us and I could not recommend her and her team more highly!

  Look for a realtor no more wether you are military or civilian. Choose Narce Caslavka. Narce has been our choice twice, both selling and buying homes. She has overdelivered on both ocassions. We sold fast and at top price. We got our dream home to the T thanks to Narce's ability to listen to our preferences and act on them faithfully. She was with us every step of the way and was very easy to get hold of. Her electronic document sharing and clarity on next steps left nothing to chance.   I can’t say enough good things about Josh Morales and the outstanding job he did as our real estate agent.
