  I first connected with Amanda in August 2024, when I was originally planning to retire from the military and move from Hawaii to Texas. My timeline changed, but we stayed in touch for two years until my family and I finally made the move. Having someone here who already knew our situation meant so much to me, especially while navigating my military transition and relocating from so far away. Once we arrived and started the home-buying process, we ran into unexpected issues with lenders and had to try different avenues. Amanda was right there with us, helping us explore our options and supporting us through the stressful moments until we finally closed on our home! Texas is completely new to our family, so we didn’t know much about the state or the different areas. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my many questions, explain things clearly, and ease my mind whenever I felt unsure or overwhelmed. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, even when our plans changed or another option didn’t work out. Amanda was much more than just our realtor throughout this journey. She became someone we genuinely trusted and could depend on. We are so grateful that she stayed with our family from the very beginning all the way through closing. I also want to give a big shout-out to the team at Exquisite Properties for all their hard work behind the scenes. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family. To my brothers and sisters in arms: if you’re looking for a military-friendly real estate team, I highly recommend Amanda and Exquisite Properties! They understood the challenges our family faced with relocating and transitioning out of the military, and their patience and support made such a difference. We will definitely be recommending them to others!

  April was an absolute dream to work with throughout my homebuying process! As a first-time homebuyer navigating everything on my own, I went into the process not really knowing what to expect. April was incredibly knowledgeable, guided me through every step, and always made it clear that she had my best interests in mind. She was also extremely patient as we navigated several multiple-offer situations and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. Once I had an accepted offer, the entire Exquisite Properties team was incredibly helpful and responsive all the way through closing. I highly recommend Exquisite Properties, and I especially recommend working with April! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first home.

  This is my 3rd attempt to writing this review. First 2 times I pressed the wrong button. Anyone who knows me, Will tell you- Dr Sinclair DOES NOT write reviews. But Juliana Cardona deserves recognition for her dedication to her work. She was my agent when I was searching for a house to call my first home. I had a list of objectives when it came to what I wanted. And she was patient with me. Through multiple inspections- all of which she was present. But one walk through, she was there. She made her presence felt. She made her voice heard. And for that I am grateful. The process with her is one to reminisce for years to come. Even after closing on the house and then finding unexplained electrical and HVAC problems, she was on the phone with Project manager to have the issues rectified. And quite frankly, they respond faster to her than me. It must be her charm. But Juliana Cardona is an agent on this market that will ensure you get what you paid for. I can safely and honestly say, she earned my recommendation for any job she goes after,with my eyes closed. Because I have seen her work. Thank you Juliana.

  I had a great experience working with Juliana Cardona at Exquisite Properties, LLC during the purchase of my investment property. Juliana was professional, kind, proactive, and always willing to help. She stayed on top of the process, kept me informed, and followed up consistently to make sure everything was moving in the right direction. Even after the closing, she remained available whenever I needed anything, which I truly appreciated. The entire process with the title company was completed smoothly and successfully, and I felt supported from beginning to end.   We had a wonderful experience working with Mary Nielsen and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and thoughtful Realtor. Mary was incredibly patient with us throughout the process. She walked us through well over a dozen homes before we finally found the one that felt right, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. What impressed me most was how much value Mary brought beyond simply showing us properties. She has an excellent understanding of real estate, new construction, and tasteful modern design, and her perspective helped us look at each home much more carefully. She was also very involved during the inspection process and made sure the inspection was thorough. A couple of issues were identified that we considered potential dealbreakers, and Mary helped make sure they were addressed by the builder before closing. Having someone experienced enough to recognize what deserved attention gave us a great deal of confidence moving forward. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when there are so many decisions to make, but Mary was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home rather than simply completing a transaction. We are very happy with our new home and very grateful that Mary was there to guide us through the process.
